The entire unit was recently updated by a well known interior designer; it's beachfront luxury at its finest.402W is a spacious unit with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths that sleeps 10. It has over 3,500 square feet of living space. The balcony wraps around the whole condo and has great views of the ocean, beach and the intra-coastal waterway. This gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel high end appliances including a double oven, a Miele dishwasher, and ice maker, new blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Each bedroom has a private bath as well as a wall mounted TV. The master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, steam shower with 5 shower heads and a walk in closet. It also includes a beautiful sitting area with ocean views for miles. Kids will adore having their own bunk room.
