Welcome to the Wandering Mermaid. Check out the new pool and outdoor sitting area with fire pit. The kitchen has white granite counter tops with white/blue cabinets. The dining area features a large farm house table that can seat 10 people. The living room continues the coastal vibe with 2 large couches and an oversized chair. The master bedroom is an oasis with king bed, 13 ft ceilings and a quite seating area. The master bedroom closet is so large we stuck a full size bed in there if needed for extra guest. The kids room upstairs is adjacent to the master bedroom with full bed with twin over. The second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located on main floor and share a bathroom. Check out video with drone footing to get a birds eye view of the area. There are several bikes available for guest use along with gas and charcoal grill. The grilling area downstairs has a sectional sofa and chair with a 6 person table along with a full outdoor bath. We provide a starter kit of soaps, shampoos and paper products along with filters and coffee for a standard coffee pot. There is also a keurig. There is an IGA grocery on Tybee that is a short walk or bicycle ride from the house if you need additional supplies. Additional charge of $50 per night to heat pool October thru April 1st. The open living, dining, and kitchen on the first floor offer a cozy gathering space. The screen porch out front fits perfectly into the idealistic summer at the beach. Outback the in-ground saltwater pool offers the perfect retreat from a day at the beach. Enjoy grilling and dining on the patio and sunbathing on the roof deck accessed by an outdoor spiral stair. In colder seasons you may choose the option to heat the pool. We have a propane pool heater that can be used for a $65 per day fee to heat the pool to 88 degrees when temperatures are 65 degrees or more. Fuel costs require a charge of $85per day during lower temperatures. Use of the solor cover when the pool is not being used is critical in helping keep these rates and maintaining the pool temperature. Please communicate in advance if you want to use this option as an additional payment will be needed. We only have our cottage available through VRBO and their partners.
