"Someone once had a beautiful vision of a small boutique hotel hidden amongst lemon trees in the heart of Procida. Unfortunately, it feels as though the person behind that vision has long since left. La Suite Boutique Hotel looks stunning in photos, but in reality it lacks soul, coherence, and attention to detail. The atmosphere feels more like a tired luxury property running on autopilot than a true boutique experience. The pool area is lovely, but drinks are served in plastic cups and coffee in paper cups — not what one expects at this price point. Breakfast was minimal, and during low season the hotel restaurant was closed. Staff recommended another restaurant 30 minutes away while the excellent Cala Cala restaurant only 9 minutes from the hotel was barely mentioned. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, guests were placed side by side and I was assigned a room next to the main staircase. My room had a broken telephone ripped from the wall, leaving a visible hole throughout the stay. There were ants in the room, and at night the bright corridor lights remained on permanently, with curtains unable to block the light properly — making restful sleep difficult. Transportation is another detail worth noting: you essentially need a taxi to reach the hotel. The flat rate arranged by the hotel is €15, even when sharing with other guests. I also rented a bike and returned it after only four hours, yet was still charged for a full day. Small gestures of flexibility and hospitality seem absent throughout the experience. Overall, the property has potential, but at the moment it does not justify either the “boutique hotel” label or its price point. With thoughtful management and attention to detail, it could become something truly special."

"Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. We were warmly welcomed and there was always someone available via whatsapp to help with any issues. The room as such was beautiful, lovingly furnished and the sea view was fabulous. As there were only a few guests in the hotel at the time we were travelling, we even had breakfast delivered to our room. A highlight. An absolute recommendation."

"We had dinner in this building on Monday 8 September and we were really impressed by the excellent food, which was prepared for us by the cook Leonardo we met at the end of the evening. But the chilli on the cake, it was the linguine with alice and green peppers. All perfect, we will certainly talk to friends about it. Thank you."

"Relax and take sun, enjoy Limoncello and late dining. This was perfect place for us for 1 week holiday at Procida. The appartment was cosy and clean on top level. We arrived at monday. Unluckily the restaurant was closed on that day, but the staff pointed a good place to eat. It really was. The staff it really helpfull and speaks english. We ate every day breakfast at calacala. As Finnish people, we drink lot of coffee and they served us with no problems. The dining was perfect also. Please taste Lasagne, rabbit Pasta, Bayer Tiramisu! 5/5, dont skip this place."

"اقمت في غرفة ثلاثية مطلة على البحر في الطابق الثاني ولكني اتجاهل الغرف لذوي مشاكل في الحركه حيث ان بعض المصاعد أرقى من غيرها في الطابق الاول و المصعد غير موجود و توجد نواقص مفيده للفندق التنظيف مقبول لكن يمكن أن يكون أفضل. لم أفهم بصراحة تغيير المناشف لشخصين عندما كنا ثلاث بالغين في الغرفة. PS: The tisane boiler was unused as not cleaned from calcare ... Maybe you try to clean it بعناية بين النزلاء. كفايه كبيره و نظيفه بس حتى لو لم يكن هناك خدمه لضبط دائمه. و هذي ليست اولوياتنا أقل وجبة إفطار، خصوصا للملح، بالنسبة للمساحة، لم يتم تعرض كل شيء، بما في ذلك المنتجات الخالية من الجلوتين التي لا أعرف إن كانت موجودة. الموقع مريح الى حد ما ، محطة الحافلات على بعد خطوات قليلة من محطة b&b وشاطئ chiaolella والشاطىء طويل الى 10 دقائق مشيا على الاقدام يقع في موقع جيد جدا في حي B&B ويمكن كذلك توفير الوجبات المصغرة مع سوق صغير ، المرور على البيتزا والبيتزا الرياضية . نسبة جيدة للجودة مقابل السعر خلال فترة إقامتي ."

"فندق نظيف جدا، عادة البحر الأبيض المتوسط بالنسبة لي. شعرنا بخير جدا. بعيد عن كانت اقرب شاطئ جيد أيضا على بعد 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام. محطة الحافلات قريبة من الفندق. أخذ الحافلة حوالي 20 دقيقة إلى الميناء وقادت الحافلة في حوالي 30 دقيقة. تتوفر حافلة نقل مكوكية مجانية إلى المطار كان الإفطار على ما يرام. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ولكن الحمام كان صغيراً جداً🤨. ولكن في النهاية كانت نظيفة وكافيه. وكنت أتوقع أن يكون أفضل. الفندق نظيف ولكن لا بأس به."

"We tend to build our holidays around eating well and Cala Cala is one of the best restaurants we've ever visited. All of the food and drinks were delicious (the lemon salad is a must try), the staff were so friendly and attentive, and the setting was absolutely magical. The prices were fairly similar to other restaurants on Procida but Cala Cala is in a league of its own."
