Lovely stay in this hotel

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff from start ti finish. Room was great & bed so comfortable. Nice little touches in the room such as fresh water everyday, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Stunning Seaviews as well... I think most of the rooms have this. Food was excellent, really good selection, lots to choose from & could easily get carried away. Great pudding selection also. Restaurant & pool staff worked really hard & non stop. Very attentive around the pool. Glass was never empty. Very friendly & lovely people. Really can't fault this hotel & if I can find a fault it would be the lack of sunbeds as guests are allowed to reserve sunbeds from when they get up from 6.30 am as we witnessed this every morning. Towels had been left on beds that had not been sat all day ...When you go in a small group this can be very frustrating not to sit together....When checking out I found the room available to get ready in was abit strange in 1 of the spa treatroom rooms, thankfully no treatments where happening so it was fine but never experienced this before. Anyway apart from those 2 small things it's a beautiful hotel located in an amazing spot. Would definitely recommend & return to this amazing place.

This was our second stay at King Jason, and again we loved every minute of it. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the buzz of the shops and bars in Protaras. Honestly, I could not fault anything during our stay ! All of the staff work extremely hard, are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. In particular I want to shout out to Antonia on Reception for finding my wife's engagement ring that we somehow managed to leave behind and returning it back to us after we returned to the UK. Can't wait to return next year.

A great week spent at King Jason Protaras. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer. Others have already left loads of positive reviews and my wife and I can only echo those reviews. The hotel is in a great location overlooking Fig Tree Bay and just a few minutes walk from Protaras *****. The staff all work hard and are friendly and efficient. The food in the buffet is excellent. Normally we book All Inclusive hotels with lots of A La Carte restaurants, so this was a big change for us having just the one main restaurant. But there was plenty of variety, daily changing menus & themes and the food was cooked / prepared to a high standard. Our suite was clean and a decent size with a nice view over the pools and Fig Tree Bay. Being Adults Only meant the hotel had a nice chilled and relaxed vibe and apart from a couple of people reserving sunbeds earlier than the hotel allowed, we never had a problem finding a sunbed even though the hotel was at full capacity. All in all a very enjoyable vacation and I would certainly consider staying here again when we are next back in Cyprus.

King Jason Protaras. We have only been here 1 day of 10, I had to write this review now as I am absolutely delighted with our choice of staying here. The Hotel staff , ALL the Hotel staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The manager even introduced himself and personally welcomed us. We are looking forward to the rest of our holiday and would definitely return.

On arrival, we couldn't have a better welcome. Greeted with a cooled cloth and a glass of bubbly. Once booked in. We were taken to our room and our bags carried for us. Our room is no 516. On opening the door, and going inside. My husband turned to the guy who showed us up to our room and said, is this the correct room?. As we have paid for a deluxe room with large balcony and this is not the room that was pictured or what I thought I had booked. He replied yes and very quickly turned and walked out. Well, that was just the start. I went to the bathroom and went to the toilet. Well, the toilet seat simply fell off the toilet along with me. My husband ran in and picked me up off the floor, along with the toilet seat. The front door was knackered, and to shut the door, you had to kick the door shut. And then, to open it, you had to yank it open. To which I couldn't open it, it was too stiff for me to open. Mark, my husband, was absolutely disgusted, with what room we were given for the price of our holiday. We were given the wrong room for a start. In the middle of our room was a bath with a shower in it. Not a separate walk-in shower, as stated. The glass at the bottom of the glass screen in the bath had thick mould all over it and stunk of damp. No plug! The seal of the shower glass door was loose and peeling off. That night, we had a shower, and the water literally leaked out and went all over the floor. The cupboard doors that the fridge was behind were knackered and didn't close properly. When you opened the fridge, it moved out, and the fridge door wouldn't close, so you have to literally adjust the fridge so the door will shut. We both went down to reception to speak with somebody regarding the above. We were told that maintenance would come to our room and sort out the problems. So we waited and the guy finally came. First of all, he starts hitting the door with a hammer, which doesn't work, so he then starts to shave the door so it opens and shuts up properly. He managed to sort this, and yes, the door did open and shut as it should. But we were left with all the shavings all over the floor, and I mean all over the floor. He said I'll get a cleaner to sort it out. So we then waited in again for the cleaner. This is now almost 9 pm, and we still haven't unpacked. The maintenance man tried to sort out the toilet seat, but we spent every day straightening the toilet seat up so it didn't happen again. He attempted to sort out the cupboard door over the fridge, but nope, that wasn't sorted. He said to my husband he would go to the hardware shop tomorrow and get a seal for the shower door. Well, on returning to our room. Yes, he had put on a new seal on the shower door. But he stuck it on with a sealant that didn't dry. Causing us to get sealer over our clothes. We had a shower that night, the water yet again went all over the floor. So that night we went out and bought 5 large towels to go on the floor whislt we were showering. We spoke to t
