From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome – Prosecco at 4am! The staff set the tone for what would be a wonderfully relaxing week. We were shown to our room with a quick tour of the hotel. A thoughtful touch awaited us: sandwiches and fresh fruit left in the fridge due to our late arrival. The dressing gowns and slippers were another lovely addition that made us feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning – clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They’re a team of professionals who know exactly what they’re doing and deliver a level of service that many five-star hotels would envy. Friendly, attentive, and full of personality, they made every moment special. From breakfast through to lunch and dinner, you feel like you're dining in a high-end restaurant. Drinks are often served within seconds of sitting down. The quality and variety of food are outstanding – catering for gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-intolerant guests without hesitation. The presentation was sublime, and the chefs and kitchen staff were not only visible but happy to chat as they prepared the meals. They clearly take pride in their work and have a fantastic sense of humour. Every dish – from pork medallions and chicken Kiev to curries, Italian, Asian dishes, and even a roast dinner – was freshly cooked using high-quality ingredients. The omelettes, crepes, salads, sauces, and desserts were all made to order with care and skill. I only wish the chefs wore name badges so I could thank them all personally – but there’s a tip jar at the end of the food counter, and you simply can’t walk past it without showing your appreciation. The spa was excellent value – €40 for a proper back and shoulder massage – with longer treatments also available. The gym was well-equipped, and there was always a cuddle bed or cushioned sunbed available. The pool bar team were fantastic – they’ll make you any drink you like, even creating something new just for you. Be warned: the drinks are strong and free-poured – two vodka cocktails later and I was feeling pleasantly fuzzy! The hotel attracts a mostly peaceful, over-60s crowd, with some younger couples too. The nearby town is lively if you're looking for a change of pace. We booked a suite with a large balcony, which turned out to be a shared space on the first floor. Next time, I’d opt for an alternate room. The in-room facilities were excellent – hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and fantastic WiFi throughout the hotel and pool areas (possibly the best I’ve experienced abroad). The pool was a little cold due to the time of year, and the weather was occasionally windy or cloudy – but I’d simply go later in the season next time. What an amazing week at this Hotel can’t recommend this place highly enough . And it’s what everyone says the staff are truly amazing they all work so hard and will go above and beyond to see you’re catered for in every way . The food is excellent the rooms are stunning we upgraded to one of the suites with the shared terrace above the restaurant lovely rooms cleaned every day to the highest standard with clean fresh towels. No issues with sun beds and there was always a few of the funky pods to chill out in which we opted for when we wanted to relax. The bar staff are amazing and just work so Hard all day you will not go thirsty I promise . We have stayed at a lot of hotels and I think this one has just pinched the number 1 spot . I could go on and on raving about the hotel but it ticked all the right boxes The staff/The location/The food/The drinks/The rooms/The cleanliness 5 out of 5 on every level .

We stayed between 12th-17th April, all inclusive via TUI. On arrival we were greeted with chocolates and a drink. Check in was quick. We were taken to our room and there was a little lunch box left for all 3 of us. The sandwich was a bit hard but nice that they gave us fruit and cake too. We arrived late so the buffet restaurant was already closed. Bar for drinks were still open. The room was spacious and clean. Nice shower room. Rooms were cleaned everyday, water bottles were stocked up and towels changed. Swimming pool area was scenic and calming. Didn’t go into the pools as they were cold but we went into the small jaccuzi one which was a bit warmer and was lovely! Nice touch to have the special beds which we sat on everyday. Beds were never an issue but the hotel wasn’t at its full capacity. Pools looked like they could have done with a bit of clean especially as the hotel only had been open for a week or so. Cocktails were good. We ate in the buffets restaurant and sometimes ordered from the snack bar. Hats off to the chefs, what amazing food. Best food I have ever had at an all inclusive hotel. We were concerned about this as we’re used to big hotels, there is less variety but it was actually enough and the quality of each dish was amazing. We enjoyed having the soup everyday!! They had a few biscuits out during their tea time but would have been nice to have some proper cake etc. Themed nights for dinner which was good, never felt like the whole dinner from the night before was getting repeated every night. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them and they really wanted to look after you. I think the drinks menu should have included more of what drinks they actually have as not all the staff speak as good English but none the less they were happy to go and find out if they wasn’t sure on the answer. I think they had quite a few new staff starting when we were there. They were so quick to seat you, serve you drinks and clear tables. Around the pool area too, always looking out if people need help to put the umbrellas up and walking around asking if you want drinks. Again, best service I’ve had at a hotel. Thanks to Maria, Elena, Bogdan and Veskov. Location was great on fig tree beach. Clear blue sea and couple shops around. We didn’t venture out much apart from that. As it’s a small hotel, the lobby and restaurant are basically together, which we’re not used to. After you ate, you just moved a few metres down to another table not so close to the food area. But it’s a very small place so there’s no other way. Overall it was a great holiday. This hotel is definitely for a relaxing, peaceful and tranquil vibes kind of holiday. Nice touch that you get a complimentary king Jason bag!

The King Jason is a little Jem ,the rooms are cleaned everyday toilet rolls, water etc replenished everyday 👌sheets changed everyday 👌 The food is fresh and so moreish, the desserts are Amazing 😋The staff are Exceptional & the pool lads must do 20,000 steps a day ?serving us with branded drinks 💊😋👌The location is the best to sitting on Fig Tree Bay 👌great for long walks or long runs 🙌🏻 WILL SEE YOU AGAIN APRIL 2026
