Sehr gutes Hotel. Sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es hat uns noch besser gefallen. Essen und Service wirklich top!

Magnifique hôtel. Très calme. Bien situé. A proximité de Protaras et de ses plages (où l on peut aller à pied) mais où l on évite la foule! Loin des complexes de masse. Criques en face de l hôtel où l on peut se baigner. Promenade qui passe devant l hôtel. Parking de l hôtel gratuit. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est rempli de boisson (gratuites) quand on arrive (rempli une seule fois durant tout le séjour). 2 petites bouteilles d eau par jour sont déposés dans la chambre et 2 petits chocolats en fin de journée (ce qui est appréciable). Fer et planche à repasser gratuite sur demande. Coffre fort sécurisé gratuit dans la chambre. Pas de chaîne de TV française mais possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix sur la TV. A proximité 15min en voiture de Cap Greco. Très belle décoration. J ai eu la chance d être surclassée avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel charmant (notamment la dame blonde à l accueil -que je remercie chaleureusement - qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner à ma convenance le jour de mon départ à 5h30 du matin).. 2 employés parlent français (ce qui aide). Pas besoin de prendre de serviette de piscine. L hôtel vous en fournira (/prêtera )une pour votre séjour. Matelas de plage attribué à votre arrivée selon votre convenance (vous pouvez en changer), ce qui évite de devoir réserver les transats. J ai vraiment apprécié le calme de l hôtel. On s y sent bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésiter.

From checkin to checkout this hotel is superb. On arrival we were given a complimentary drink and an explanation of the facilities of the hotel. Our bags were taken to our room by Vangelis (I think that was his name) and he was very helpful, explaining how the air conditioning worked, the safe etc and the ‘do not disturb/make up my room ‘. We were on the fifth floor with no sea view which wasn’t an issue. The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower, twin sinks and toiletries provided, robes and slippers and towels changed every day. The maids worked very hard, were always pleasant and each day left chocolates which was a nice touch. There are free items in the fridge and water is replenished each day. Plus points about the hotel was the allocation of sun beds, no scramble for a bed each day, plenty of choice and you can change your mind each day if you wish, either round the pool or on the grass at the front and each side of the pool, no extra for cabana beds and they are well spaced out so you don’t feel cramped. Large pool towels cover the whole of the subbed and you can order food and drinks from your sunbed by scanning a QR code if you don’t want to go to the pool bar. Prices are reasonable. My daughter has food allergies which is the main reason we chose this hotel. Andreas, the Maitre D made sure she was catered for, discussing what she wanted to eat with the chefs so that there were no issues. The other restaurant staff were all extremely pleasant and the choice of food for breakfast and dinner was very varied. We ate most nights in the Sage restaurant and swopped out an evening meal at the Ginger Asian Fusion restaurant which was again fabulous. We also had lunch a few times and there’s lots of choice. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Protaras for those wanting night life as there was no entertainment at the time of our stay in June but that wasn’t an issue. I think the location is a plus point, it’s quiet and just far enough away from the main resort. This was one of the most relaxing holidays I’ve had.. the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and they are a credit to the company.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel it exceeded every expectation.. thank you
