Narcissos Waterpark Resort

Just got back from a week in Protaras Cyprus Narcissos water park solo travelling and this place did not disappoint had a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 time and would give the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the overall holiday that was provided.Situated in a great location with a bus stop outside in both directions to Protaras ***** and Ayia Napa a secluded beach across the road with a lovely church you can go in and view not too many the other beautiful beaches this place has to offer! From reception to the manager to the waiters/waitresses the bar tender and cleaners everyone goes above and beyond to be very welcoming and friendly Hotel is great with a waterpark for the families and Mario the entertainer will keep you entertained all week great guy who gets to get everyone involved. Loved this holiday so much and can’t wait to book again in the future would definitely go back to here just for what it offers as a general with a market situated right outside the hotel and coffee shop with delicious cakes this place packs it punch 🥊 The food was great with plenty of selection to choose from. My cousin had stayed in this hotel consecutively for 3 years and last year I got to experience the hotel by meeting up with them to which I was more impressed with this hotel than the toxotis up the road which I stayed in Narcissos had better daytime entertainment plus nighttime which is what you want if you do all inclusive and speaking to other guests around the hotel most had been before and went back to the hotel. The manager is always making sure you are all good whilst you are staying at this hotel. If you see any negative comments do NOT believe the hype on my last day I spoke to someone who had nothing good to say but I totally disagreed and I had a brilliant time! You’re always going to get these type of people that just like to moan you make your holiday what you want it to be so to these kind of people put a smile on your face and enjoy yourself for once. Will definitely be visiting Narcissos again in the future can’t wait to see you all again! We stayed at the hotel with a family, two children and a mother for the Easter holidays. The staff is friendly everywhere, the rooms are new and clean. We didn't have time for dinner, but we were given sandwiches upon arrival. There were minor flaws, but the professional work of the staff is immediately noticeable. They always try to help and listen to your wishes. I recommend this hotel for a holiday with children. Kids will not be bored here. There is a wonderful water park and mini club with very interesting activities and a wonderful animator Julia, our children loved her so much. The food is very tasty and varied, very funny bartenders at the pool bar always making joke. We will definitely come back here again!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Unfortunately the weather was not great,but it's not hotel's fault)) . I was delighted by prompt and fast service of blonde Lady in the bar. Usually such level of service you are getting from Asian people,not from Europeans.Would love to have such service here in Toronto...

Just spent a week at this brilliant place George and Babis and his wife and the rest of staff was amazing there was so many of them you never had to wait more then 30 seconds for anything and the food was out of this world every meal kept getting better and better would definitely come back here can’t recommend enough

We arrived late to the hotel and promptly provided with a sandwich as we had missed dinner which was very thoughtful. At first our room was not the best, however the reception staff were more than happy to change this for us in the morning. The staff here are wonderful, a special mention to Georgios (the manager) and the lovely Violetta in the restaurant. She and her staff are an absolute delight. The food was delicious and there was a wide range of food to suit everyone. The water park was a winner for my daughter and niece and nephew. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο μετά από προτροπή φίλων και μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι απο όλα κατά την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία,το πρωσοπικο πολύ φιλικό και επαγγελματίες ιδιαίτερα ο maitre Μπάμπης και η Βιολέτα καθώς και ο μπάρμαν Κώστας. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και καθαρά. Και τα παιδιά λάτρεψαν το water park. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
