I have to say EasyJet must take some of the blame, we took my partners 10 year old granddaughter albeit EasyJet charge Adult price, the room which was outdated unlike the one on EasyJet website which looked beautiful had a camp bed, the room wasn’t big enough to accommodate this, it was so tight we couldn’t open the curtains,why does it say rooms sleep up to 3 people when they are Double / Twin ? room wasn’t always cleaned, maids took bath towels but didn’t leave fresh ones, when they did they only left 2 even though there are 3 beds, bathroom floor had dirt piling up in the corners, wardrobe door jammed on the floor, No pool towels, only that the Reception manager had some brought from a sister hotel we wouldn’t have had any, we had to use the same ones for the duration. Food wasn’t great so ate out, Reception staff were lovely and deserve to be working in a better hotel, all they were doing was dealing with complaints mainly about linen. On a positive note, great location on a fabulous beach.
