We stayed at the Flamingo Paradise Hotel from 8th June to 19th June 2025 to celebrate our 50th holiday, and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived (albeit at 2am after a long day of travel), we were greeted with warmth and empathy by a lovely lady at reception. She reassured us about our room and promised to help if we weren’t happy – a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The Room: We stayed in Room 107, and WOW – it was stunning! Spacious, modern, and spotless, with digital controls for lights and air conditioning, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a luxurious bathroom. The balcony was large, and the sea view the next morning was breath-taking. It truly felt like a 5-star experience, and we couldn’t have been happier with our room. The Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Lelish, who prepared omelettes, poached eggs, pancakes to order, greeted us each morning with an infectious smile. The process of writing your order on a pad with a cute flamingo pen and having it delivered to your table was such a thoughtful touch. The food was exceptional – fresh fruit, English breakfast staples, and the most delicious homemade donuts with various fillings. The staff, including Chris and Lisa (the owner), were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The Pool Area: The pool area was a dream – no need to rush for loungers, as there were more than enough for everyone. The loungers were incredibly comfortable, and the cabanas were a lovely bonus. The pool itself was perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The poolside service was the best we’ve ever experienced, with staff like Alli (from Dublin), Blessing, Sasha, and Despina making us feel like royalty. Alli’s cocktails and Frappuccino’s were out of this world – better than anything we’ve had on luxury cruises or in Caribbean resorts. Alli and my husband (Big Ste) had a lovely bromance and the banter and fun had was so lovely, this made Ste’s experience even better, thank you Alli and thankyou for the love thrown into every drink you made for us. The Food: The poolside food was restaurant-quality – fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The homemade chips were to die for, and the burgers, club sandwiches, and chicken teriyaki were all exceptional. Portion sizes were generous, and everything was great value for money. The use of fresh herbs grown around the pool added a lovely touch. The Management: Lisa, the owner, and her family were incredible. Lisa treated the hotel as her home, her staff as family, and her guests as personal friends. She was always present, helping out and chatting with guests, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the staff were happy and well-treated, which reflected in their exceptional service. Overall: The Flamingo Paradise Hotel is truly a 5-star gem.
