For those who want to enjoy the peaceful landscape of the gulf of Fondachello and the wonderful Sicilian coast between Palermo and Cefalu '.
The house has 2 bedrooms communicating with each other, one of which has a double room with sea view and the other with two beds. Ideal for a couple or families with up to 2 children.
To access the double bedroom you have to go through the room with the beds, not recommended for 2 adult couples.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in the bedroom and the other with external access.
The structure is surrounded by green lawn and offers ample parking on the property.
The living area is equipped with sliding windows that open transform the environment into an exterior.

High recommended for a calm retreat next to Palermo
We loved to have breakfast with this lovely sea view surrounded by lemon trees. The house is modern and cozy furnished and well equipped.
There are a few restaurants within 10 min walk downhill at the see, but we highly recommend to have a rental with you for anything else.
Our Hosts were very kind (thank you again for the cake and the wine !) and the communication was easy and helpful.

Spettacolare
Tutto come descritto, ma solo quando arrivi ti rendi conto dello spettacolo. Sono tanti anni che per le vacanze affittiamo case e ogni anno in zone diverse della nostra splendida Italia, ma tanta accuratezza come nella casa di Marcello mai vista. Indispensabile avere un' automobile per gli spostamenti in zona. Ovviamente struttura che consiglio a tutti.

Wonderful view between lemon trees
We had a great time in Marcello's beautiful,
little house. The view of the sea is fantastic and the whole garden is full of citrus fruits, fantastic.
The equipment is good, nothing is missing in the kitchen. When there was a technical problem, it was fixed immediately.
We would come back at any time.

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, die Einrichtung gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Aussicht grandios! Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Relaxing days in a beautiful holiday home
We spent about two weeks in this beautiful holiday home enjoying the sea view and the meditterranean garden as well as the modern and clean furnishing and décor.
In some minutes you can get to the seaside and from there it is easy and quiet near to get, for example, to Palermo or Cefalu. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that.

Un vero PARADISO!
Marcello e Giusseppa sono dei proprietari molto accoglienti, un caloroso benvenuto e un'eccellente comunicazione con i proprietari, affascinanti disponibili. Tutto quello che viene pubblicizzato nell'annuncio è vero e ancor meglio .La casa è pulitissima un terrazzo meraviglioso. Calma, limoni e aranci che profumano il luogo. Una vista eccezionale sul mare e sulle montagne. Diamo 10/10 a questi affascinanti ospiti. È senza esitazione che raccomandiamo questa casa.
