OUTSTANDING! This is the best vacation stay experience that I have ever had. We were made at home, with warm and thoughtful greetings from Management and staff. The staff are super professional, friendly and caring. My husband (celebrating our 31 anniversary), and I would have been happy to stay in our room and listen to the rain fall. Super comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and clean everything. I did not know places like this existed. The pool area is cozy and fun. The grounds are charming and beautiful. Gregg, the Manager, sets the standards for exceptional guest care. His resourcefulness and knowledge about the inn and the area cannot be beat. The cleaning staff are exceptional. Shane is a powerhouse host. We did not want to leave. The love hangover from our stay at 8 Dyer is still warming us. This is our vacation stay in PTown for life. Oh, did I mention the wonderful new friends we made. This was truly life changing for us. Thank you, 8 Dyer staff, and support. You set the standards for legendary service. I've been coming to Ptown for 35+ years, but for the first time, I stayed at 8 Dyer Hotel + The Benchmark and it will now be my permanent place to stay while in Ptown. I loved my room, including being able to enter from within the guesthouse or use my own outside entrance.The daily breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and I loved all the extra snacks and drinks they had readily available. I also enjoyed their pool and jacuzzi. However, it was the friendly and attentive staff who helped make it a memorable visit. An added benefit was meeting some really nice people who were also guests. The only negative was not being able to stay all summer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful time at the 8 Dyer Hotel! The owners were extremely friendly and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast at their restaurant, Yolqueria, was one of the best meals we had while in PTown. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to everything in PTown.

We start looking forward to our next stay at 8 Dyer as soon as we check out! Every member of the staff is incredibly gracious and kind, the common spaces - complete with much-appreciated grab and go snacks! - remain sweet and welcoming, the pool is amazing, and the room instantly feels like home. Small recent upgrades have made staying at 8 Dyer an even nicer experience, which we didn't even think was possible.

We stayed at 8 Dyer Hotel on Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast, with a lot of healthy options, daily. The staff is extremely friendly and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect for my much needed quiet, off season Spring retreat. This gem of a home away from home is owned and staffed by soul feeding humans who have a natural gift of seeing to it that the guest has just enough and more, if needed! Casual elegance is what I love and everything about 8 Dyer Hotel delivers it beautifully. I enjoyed my quiet, extremely comfortable room, outdoor oasis with pool, indoor hot tub and the walk of a few steps to the harbor beach. Location is outstanding! Very close to but tucked away from Commercial Street providing a gift of a hide away feeling, yet so close to everything. Delicious, freshly made breakfast is served with love! My plan was one night but I quickly extended to two; next time it will be three, maybe more. I'd go if I were you!
