And then eat in, on the deck, or take your meal out to the private beach.The bathroom has plenty of space to get ready for tea dance, a wonderful dinner out, a show, or just plain people watching! All you need to do is walk 42 steps to Commercial Street and then decide which way to go. So, if you don’t take the high-speed boat from Boston, we suggest you temporarily live park across the street from the September Morn Private Estates gate with your hazards on, unload your stuff, and then look for parking on the side streets. You can also use MacMillan Public Pier parking (6-minute walk). There are also other parking lots available in the vicinity.
