Staying at your hotel is an unforgettable luxury experience! From the moment you step into the lobby, the elegant artistic atmosphere and warm fragrance make people instantly relax. Room design combines modern aesthetics with comfort, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows transform the city skyline or natural landscape into a flowing picture, intelligent temperature control system and custom bedding make sleeping peacefully every night.
The staff’s service is exemplary whether it is the precise and efficient check-in process at the front desk, the meticulous turndown service at the housekeeping department, or the customized local exploration guide by the concierge team, it all highlights the ultimate pursuit of “customer-oriented.” The executive lounge’s creative afternoon tea and chef’s special dinner are an artistic journey on the tip of the tongue, with exquisite cuisines made from seasonal ingredients.
Particularly commendable is the hotel's dedication to details: the forever fresh floral equipment at the corner of the corridor, the iced towels and energy supply stations equipped in the gym, and even the air quality display updated in real time in the elevator. These ingenuity that exceeds expectations makes people really feel what it is. ”Home away from home”. For travelers seeking quality, this is not only a temporary residence, but also a city secret that deserves repeated tastes.

I beg everyone to come to this hotel when visiting Pu'er! ! The decoration is very nice and the hygiene is very clean. I, a person with mysophobia, feel very safe living here. The service provided by the sister at the front desk is super good. She is beautiful and kind! ! Here comes the point, we met the hotel owner who turned out to be our fellow villager. This owner was super cute (a chatterbox hahahahaha) and very enthusiastic. He kept asking us to have tea hahahaha, but we came back too late and missed the opportunity to meet him. To be honest, the happiest thing about our trip to Pu'er is that we chose a comfortable hotel. All in all, every aspect of the hotel is great. It's only 10 minutes away from anywhere, and the decoration is really great! ! The boss said he designed it himself (proud face hahaha). It was a very happy trip. It is worth coming to Pu'er to experience the slow life~

An unexpected surprise on the return trip to Jingmai Mountain. We played in Jingmai Mountain for about three days (suitable for a slow pace and slow experience; the locals are very enthusiastic to invite you into their homes to drink tea and experience the tea culture; fresh air, birdsong in the morning, hot sun, but fortunately there was a cool breeze and everything was so quiet). The other famous hotels we stayed in at the beginning of Pu'er were also very pleasantly surprised. On the return trip, we encountered a hotel with a strong sense of design. We were a little tired on the return trip to Jingmai Mountain, so we contacted the hotel to pick us up (very enthusiastic and attentive). The ladies at the front desk of the hotel were very enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. They would give you a choice of room fragrance (Guanxia fragrance, oriental plant fragrance; I was very surprised because there are offline stores in Shanghai and I have also experienced the fragrance culture). The hotel also sent welcome fruits that were all iced. Very refreshing
The hotel is decorated in black and white, the room dressing table is mainly marble, the hotel lobby flowers Phalaenopsis are very eye-catching and are neatly displayed with local specialty teas; the fragrance echoes the design style and the artistic conception of Dongfeng culture; Guanxia aims to ”awaken the confidence of Eastern culture” and conveys the ”emotional knot” in Chinese traditional culture through fragrance products, such as the incense culture and natural artistic conception of literati
The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very substantial (a combination of Chinese and Western) and there are also places for taking photos and punching in, which is very photogenic; there is a gym and swimming pool on the roof; you can also watch the sunset in the evening; Pu'er's pace is also very slow (the photo-taking and punching in places will not take photos for the sake of taking photos and punching in for the sake of punching in; the locals are also very hospitable)
Secondly, it is not far from the city center and convenient for travel; it is also close to the high-speed rail station and the airport; the itinerary will not be too tight (too rushed)
It is also very cost-effective, moderately priced, and a hotel worth choosing for travel
Facilities: complete facilities and complete products
Sanitation: clean and tidy
Environment: refreshing and comfortable
Service: very enthusiastic, smiling, very good service, very detailed Very considerate

Hotel location is very good to find, navigation directly to the hotel entrance. Parking is very convenient. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was very enthusiastic and patient. I introduced various attractions in Pu'er. The room was the same as the picture. The decoration style was very stylish. I liked it. The facilities were beautifully furnished, especially hygienic and very clean. There were disposable items in the room. Rest assured, The wash basin and toilet are cleaned. I also paid special attention to the corners. It is really clean, and the price is very affordable. The price is super high. The hotel also provides a buffet breakfast, gym, free laundry, dryer, ironing machine, and most importantly, breakfast is provided until 12 o'clock. Not only are there many varieties of dishes, but they are also delicious. There are also many late dishes to go. No chef will also add immediately. I really recommend this hotel. Excellent
SShenjiongjiongLocation: Although it is not in the central city, it is only more than ten minutes by car. It is very convenient~
Room: The twin room I booked has a lot of space and the bedding is also very good! The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas~ The TV is also very large~ Xiaodu voice control is very good
Breakfast: On the second floor, the rice noodles are delicious!
Laundry: The elevator is on the 8th floor. Go one floor to the 9th floor to wash clothes. There are three washing machines with lifting hangers! Don't worry if there is no drying function. Pu'er is quite dry. Wash it at night and it will be dry in the morning! The layout of this floor of the laundry building is very good!
Service: The sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. As soon as they arrived, they started to help with the luggage! They smiled very sweetly! And there is a WeChat customer service function. If you need anything, you can say it on WeChat and respond quickly! Very good! After adding the service account, there are travel tips! The recommended food and travel routes are all on it! It is very helpful for us who have a bad memory!
The only shortcoming: Our room faces the opposite No. 6 Middle School. The morning exercises are a bit early, and we are passively woken up~ For those who wake up early, you can completely ignore it. Friends who want to sleep in are better to have a room that is not facing the road~
GGuest UserThis is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.
OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.
GGuest UserOriginally, i booked only 1 night, with the intention of going onwards to Laos the next day. But i stayed a 2nd night because the room was spacious and the view out of the window was so restful.
About the room, I like it that there is a desk i could work from. And that the shower and WC areas are divided by a screen.
For the 2nd day, my room was refreshed with used toiletries replenished and towels changed. I wish the guesthouse would implement a system where guests are able to indicate if they wish to use the same towels. I am pro-environment, so if i don't change my towels everyday at home, i don't see the need to do so when i am away.
I also like the location as it was easy for me to catch Bus Route 3 to a nearby shopping area (i had KFC breakfast there), cross the road to take Bus Route 8 to Meizi Lake Park. I spent about 3 hours there, including enjoying coffee and cake in the cafe near the entrance to the park. (My biggest regard was i did not get to drink even 1 cup of Pu'er tea while in Pu'er :))
After that I back tracked on Bus Route 8 to change to Bus Route 3 to visit the Tea Horse Ancient City. Then after, I took Bus Route 3 to the shopping centre, had dinner and shopped at Walmart, before catching Bus Route 3 back to the guesthouse.
There is a walking/running track just across the road from the guesthouse. Forget about going the full length of the track. Once you see a slope on the right side, walk up there. You will get a nice viewpoint and there is a nice cafe there. If the weather is right, you get to see sunrise too! I went in the morning, the cafe was closed, so did not patronise the place. Had I known about this cafe, i would have gone there on the 1st day. Perhaps the guesthouse operator could do up a map with information of easily assessible places of interest. This could result in longer stays for free and easy travellers.
Pu'er is a well planned town/city. I like it and will recommend others to spend some time there. Most importantly, do stay at this guesthouse. The surrounding tea plantations will recharge you!
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very good, just in the center of the ancient city of Tea Horse, walk about 100 meters downstairs to the Bonfire Square, and you can watch and participate in dance in the evening. A few more steps are the Tea Horse Ancient City Night Market, where visitors stroll around and eat and play. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with a small balcony to watch the scenery and drink tea and chat. The proprietress works seriously, simple and diligent, warm and thoughtful.
VVeraForeign friends: don't stay here. The worst experience I've ever had trying to check in - and I've travelled to many remote places in Yunnan over the past six years.
Staff has no clue about rules and regulations, even though I showed them the most up to date rules for foreigners travelling in China.
They tried to stop me from leaving the hotel because they couldn't figure out how to check me in, even though I was very hungry and tired and wanted to eat and go to bed early.
They came to my room at 10pm but still couldn't figure out how to check me in.
And here is the worst: at 8am the manager opened the door of my room and walked in without knocking. There was no inside lock or chain. Luckily I wasn't in the shower.
Awful place that made me feel extremely unwelcome as a foreigner. They made me feel like a criminal because of their incompetence and stupid actions. Very different from most places where staff is helpful even if it's a bit more complicated.
GGuest UserThanks to the boss and his wife for their warm hospitality! Absolutely underestimated inn, one of the best locations in Jingmai Mountain to see the sea of clouds. Parking in the courtyard is convenient, unlike the village of Tenggan and Wengji cars. The room is large and the facilities are good. The boss and his wife are very real, the breakfast rice noodles are delicious, and the tea is delicious. Personal experience, the most amazing landscape of Jingmai Mountain is the sea of clouds. On the contrary, the ancient village feels ordinary when you see more, and the cherry blossoms on the road are not bad. Living in Sakamoto to see the sea of clouds is a good choice. It is really beautiful to go to the ancient village to check in during the day. The sea of clouds is really beautiful. It is worth visiting once. I get up for two consecutive days to watch the sunrise of the sea of clouds. It is as beautiful as a fairyland. It is absolutely shocking.
PPEIPEIOut of expectation!!
Jingmai mountain is not yet well developed as a tourist destination (which makes it more original and peaceful too). So I didn’t expect anything like Xiangongjia - the hotel is well furnished and designed with professional hotel management. The local owner is very friendly too and organised the fire dance on our first night.
The restaurant in the hotel is incredible too - tasty and clean - a level I had never expected just in my hotel and not even in this less developed tourist destination - so we spend 2 nights here - so continent when it is less dangerous drive during night time in mountain area.
The manager also helped me to prepare a bday cake for my friend and made tea for us. And thanks for sharing your and this hotel’s story.
If you have the budget, this is definitely your best choice.
GGuest UserIf you're a coffee lover and looking for a cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel with interesting tours to coffee and tea plantations, then this hotel is a perfect match for you.
From the moment you walk in, the coffee thematic is immediately apparent, with coffee beans and coffee-related artwork tastefully integrated into the decor. The atmosphere is amazing, with a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to answer any questions you may have.
The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber.
But what really sets this hotel apart are the tours to the coffee and tea plantations. These tours provide a unique opportunity to learn about the history and production of coffee and tea, as well as to taste some of the best blends in the world. The tours are led by knowledgeable guides who are passionate about their craft and eager to share their knowledge with guests.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves coffee, wants to learn more about the production process, or simply wants to relax in a clean and cozy environment with a great atmosphere.
GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. You can see the sea of clouds from the window, and it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots in Jingmai Mountain. Brother Xiao Li's cooking is super delicious, especially the stewed local chicken with crab legs. The taste can be described as amazing. The host family is very enthusiastic. They drink his good tea and listen to them tell the story of Jingmai Mountain. It’s hard to say! They also showed us their thousand-year-old tea tree.
