"The location is excellent. Its central but in a quiet street. Its what i would call pokey but others might say cozy. The mattress in my room was really uncomfortable. The floorboards were really creaky so upstairs occupants coming back later than us or getting up earlier than us seemed really noisy. The place was not very clean and the kitchen was cramped and stale smelling. There weren't enough toilets downstairs as i had to wait to use the bathroom on several occasions. It was peak season so may be less crowded off peak. There was an outside loo but that definitely wasn't clean. There is a garden area but if you sit out it means you are sitting on top of the washing line. The owner is nice enough and some might say friendly but i found him intrusive and he had many rules you much abide by."

"Looks like a relatively new building close to the lake. The room we had on floor 3 was spacious and nicely furnished, with very high ceilings and a lake view. It had AC or you could open the windows, the only downside to that was the Muzak playing on the terrace until dusk followed by the dawn chorus of ibis! There was a fridge and a safe and there is a good sized closed car park. The floor was not in very good condition in the room, it was coming unlaminated and we needed to cover it with a rug to avoid trips. We also found we could not get much hot water, I did mention it to reception and they said if told they could put the hot water on again, but this happened late at night and then again in the morning so it’s an ongoing problem. The breakfast was all freshly prepared with a pleasant member of staff who willingly made decaffeinated coffee and helped with other requests. There was a nice hot selection as well as the usual fruit and breads. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a hotel it had a large outdoor terrace that didn’t seem to get used and only small sitting areas on each floor. There was no lounge or bar area and the breakfast area was not lighted at night so you couldn’t use a table. The location is really good as you can easily get to the lake and walk around Pucon town centre from here. They also offer discounts at some Thermal Springs."

"كانت إقامتنا في جناح عائلي مع 4 بالغين وطفل وطفل رضيع. تجربة جميله . المكان لطيف وهادئ وممتاز لمن يريد قضاء عدة أيام في عدم الإستمتاع والتأثيث. يوجد في الجناح مطعم ومقهى صغير. يقدمون القهوة والشاي والبيض مجانا. جلسنا في الجناح مع حمام السباحه الخارجي الغرفه كانت رائعه ومذهله. المرافق كانت نظيفة ومريحة والجو المحيط بها كان حقاً الاسترخاء. موصى به بشدة لأولئك الذين يبحثون عن السلام والطبيعة. سنعود بالتأكيد!"
