Mariana was so very helpful when we went to see her. She went out of her way, made phone calls for us, and really did what she could to help Such a sweetheart! Go see her, and say I for us! Mariana really takes her job as concierge seriously.

2 anos atrás na pandemia me hospedei no Hard Rock Riviera Maya Hacienda. Na época o Heaven não estava funcionando. Foi muito bom! Mas agora em outubro 2022 foi fantástico. Charles do Vacation Planners não estava mais lá - senti falta, mas o Alfredo, que coordenava o restaurante Market, agora coordenava todos os Restaurantes - simplesmente sensacionais. Destaco o Chefe da cozinha do Market - Luis - nunca vi ninguém tão dedicado a fazer, juntamente com sua equipe, o melhor para o hospede. O restaurante francês também fantástico.

It was such a beautiful place to visit, we went for our friends wedding and it was amazing, the staff is incredible, especially Jorge and Jorge, they were very attentive and made the stay very enjoyable!!! Honestly best service I’ve ever received

Wow! We just visit la casa Del Mar en puerto aventuras! We fall in love with RMH staff! From Agustin our Cheff and his team. Jorge and Federico on the bar! They are the best! My children had the most amazing time! We all got treated like kings! Im looking forward to my next visit to RHM! Thanks guys! Thank you Laura!
