L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien. Chambre : très basique, il manquait plusieurs choses tels que bouilloire, machine à café, coffre (payant!)… Petit déjeuner : très ordinaire

Super Hotel für Alleinreisende. Adults only. Sauber, freundliches Personal. RUHIGE Lage. 100 Meter um Hafen.

La ubicación perfecta. La limpieza, buena. El personal, lo mejor. Educado, amable, predispuesto. La comida... Nefasta. Variedad inexistente. Los vinos no se podían beber. Puede que para clientes extranjeros funcione, pero para españoles, absolutamente no.

Es dificil entender como un Hotel catalogado con cuatro estrellas, con muy buena ubicación, piscinas muy bien distribuidas, limpieza correcta, con un personal educado y muy servicial, no sea capaz de solucionar el buffet de mediodia y noche, y ofrezca una comida a la altura de sus estrellas. Por favor retiren urgente tambien el vino que ofrecen. Si alguien contrata este hotel que sea unicamente para dormir y desayuno.

WE HAVE SPENT A WEEK AT THIS HOTEL AFTER READING ALL REVIEWS REGARDING FOOD STAFF AND ALLTHINGS STAFF EXCELLENT VERY HELPFULL IN ALL ASPECTS NOW THE DOWNSIDE FOOD WAS VERY SUB STANDARD NO HOT PLATES SO ALL FOOD WAS COLD BY THETIME YOU RETURNED TO YOUR TABLE POTATOES NONE EXSITANT UNLESS YOU LIKE CHIPS WHICH WERE ALSO COLD IF YOU LIKED SALAD OK SWEETS QUITE BASIC ALL IN QUITE DISSAPIONTING.

Some travel agents are selling this hotel as adults only and it is not, as it has new owners and they changed that. Hopefully that will be sorted by now or soon, I’ve contacted easyJet holidays about it, but there were other people saying the same that booked somewhere else. The hotel is great. Very clean, excellent quiet location with some restaurants and shops not far, and walking distance to the town centre. There’s also cala Marçal not far which looked like a lovely beach. There pools look great and well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are newly refurbished and are nice, big and comfortable with a nice balcony. Sound insulation is not great. As mentioned in other reviews there was not a big choice of food. I liked breakfast, and i always found something to eat for lunch and dinner. Wine was awful, tastes like perfume. Drinks at the bar were nice. The staff is definitely the best part of the hotel, all very nice and helpful. Only some people in reception could be a bit more friendly, but nothing too bad happened. The season was just starting when i stayed, with new owners, and i could see they were working very hard to fix the issues, so hopefully it will improve as it is a lovely hotel with excellent staff.
