Really nice staff, yet quite noisy at any time...The walls and balcony doors are just useless...could hear maintenance sound of the terrace, peole chatting, and even TV programs from the next room all night...

Second visit here, This hotel is 100% the food is lovely always a large selection and not repetitive, I don't eat meat and did not struggle due to the choice of fish veg salads cheese veg Paella to name but a few, partner eats meat and enjoyed, lamb chicken pork and beef. Large selection of desserts and breads and for breakfast you will be spoilt for choice it's an amazing selection and even have vodka to make bloody Mary and Cava all help yourself. The room is kept spotless as was cleaned every day so 100% to house keeping. Nice pool with plenty of sun beds, great that the hotel will not allow people to reserve or place towels on beds as they will be removed as we seen this a number of times, all hotels should have this policy. Location is brilliant on the doorstep of everything you need, bars restaurants and shops, a few small convenience stores 1 min from hotel and a large mercadona supermarket 5 mins walk. We did not watch any of the entertainment as was out in the evenings, we could not have asked for a better hotel and will definitely book again. Thank you to all the staff.

We are just coming to the end of an 11 night stay at this hotel. This is the first time we have visited Puerto and this hotel. So a honest review. Prior contact with the hotel to request a room on a higher floor was very efficient with Virginia replying promptly to my request. We were more than pleased with our room position on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The room itself was very spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioning and ceiling fan, kettle and fridge. There is a tv with a choice of English Channels. The bathroom had everything we needed with shower gels, shampoo and hand wash provided and replenished when required. Towels were also of a good condition and replaced daily if required. However I do have to say the bathroom itself was looking a little tired. We were in room 1011 and just one word of warning for those who like an early night there is a bit of noise from the bar over the road although this did not bother us and stopped at around midnight. Rooms on the other side of the hotel overlooking the pool might be quieter. The food in the hotel restaurant was buffet style and generally had a good choice of dishes some nights better than others. The team worked very hard clearing tables and were always friendly however at busy times be prepared to wait for your drinks order to be taken. Breakfast was also buffet and again some mornings were better with things such as hash browns and black pudding to choose from. The reception team were extremely efficient from check in to helping with any queries we had and always done with a smile. The general condition of public areas did look a little tired in places but on a whole everything was kept clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to consider the Catalina Las Vegas hotel for future stays on this more traditional side of Tenerife and would like to thank all the staff who do a fantastic job and are the biggest asset to this hotel for helping us have a great holiday.
