Ereza Apartamentos Los Hibiscos - Adults Only

The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

We stayed here for ten nights in June, we aren’t fussy but we were really disappointed by the selection of food, breakfast was good but dinner and tea the options were all fish, which we didn’t like. There was no chicken or any simple things like pizzas and burgers that you would normally get at an all inclusive instead it was fish, brussel sprouts and veg. This then led to us eating out majority of nights and spending a lot of money. I would definitely tell people to avoid going all inclusive as we spoke to many people there and they agreed with us. We also struggled to get a sun bed by the pool as there were huge queues, with people out waiting at the gate from 8.20 to be let in at 9. There also wasn’t any WiFi even in the reception, if we needed it it would have been 20euros each for every 5 days we were there. We had no complaints about the staff they were all lovely, our rooms were well kept and tidy and so is the whole hotel. It is in a good location with plenty to do and lots of shops nearby. Overall I would recommend to people to go self catering if they visit this hotel as we felt like we wasted money paying for all inclusive due to the lack of choice.

This apart-hotel is perfectly located in Puerto Del Carmen. Great pool and sufficient space/beds to accommodate all guests. Slight queues in morning but no more than 10 people at each gate (open 9am). The food is very poor with little options. No air con in rooms was a disaster for myself as im a warm sleeper. We moved the bed to living room space and this helped however on 2nd floor and could leave balcony door open. We will return, just not in peak summer months and self catering.

This is an older aparthotel that is basic in its offerings. We stayed half board for one week. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room had twin beds that were basic. They could do with new pillows and more than 1 each. WiFi was 20 euro per week per device which was not good. The safe was extra and fans were extra. Breakfast and dinner was basic but adequate. People queued before 9am to secure sunbeds however towels were removed after 30 mins of no occupancy which was good and fair.

Rooms, cleanliness and basic facilities good. We went all inclusive purely as it wasn't alot more money. Don't expect gourmet food but also what's available is ok and worth the extra we paid. Apartment was great, everything you need and allthe staff were nice. Located on bit of a hill but otherwise the location is excellent. We would definitely book here again.
