Ereza Apartamentos Los Hibiscos - Adults Only

The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

We stayed 2 nights in early May. The room was ready for us when we requested to check in early (around 11.30am) and when we checked out at 12noon, and stored our bags, we were informed that the all inclusive would still be available to us for the rest of the day as needed - great bonus! The room/apartment was fine - 2 single beds rather than a double... but there was plenty of space and the kitchen looked useful, we just didn't need it for our short stay. It didn't look as though there would be enough sun loungers around the pool if the hotel was full, but I think it was fairly quiet when we went and so it was fine and we got loungers when we wanted them, despite lots of other guests leaving their towels out but not using them for most of the day! The offerings on the bar (drinks and snacks) was good. Breakfast was also good - everything that you would expect on a buffet breakfast (hot items, cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, breads etc). Lunch and dinner was just ok - all the basics for the fussiest of diners (chips, chicken nuggets, rice, spaghetti etc), however the quality wasn't great. Our first night I had the paella and the rice was crunchy and the fish was rubbery). We didn't eat there on our second night. Location was perfect for us - a very short walk to the main ***** of Puerto del Carmen. It is up a bit of a hill so those with mobility issues may struggle.

Very friendly welcome on arrival. The Lady advised us that we would be in time for eating in the restaurant if we went straight there. We followed this advice, we were surprised by how much choice there was. Chicken, fish, croquettes, salad, desserts this was ample for us. We went to our room which again the Lady said was below the pool area so no view, bottom floor but it was very spacious & clean. The following morning we used the restaurant for breakfast which again, had an excellent selection of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, cooked items and variations of breads and rolls. The staff were really friendly and very efficient with the clearing of the tables to turn them around. We didnt use the pool area as by the time we had come out of breakfast the sunbeds were taken 😁 so it was a day at the beach. We did return to the bar area after the beach, the range of drinks was very good including plenty of spirits, snacks were also available from the bar, which given that the lunch service finished at 3pm was generous. On check out we stored our luggage and the very nice Man advised us that we could use a room to change clothes. We are really impressed by the hotel, the staff, food and drink offering and the facilities at the hotel.

Without a shadow of doubt you are paying for a location for this hotel.The hotel is located about a hundred yards up steep hill from the main ***** with bars and restaurants. There are also a couple of handy Spar shops located over the road from the hotel . The hotel is generally clean but the rooms are basic and the maids room visit seems to be at their own discretion rather than every couple of days as quoted. We were all inclusive however the food and drink are extremely poor with the same menu been repeated over days. The staff are generally friendly and pleasant. Don't bother queuing from 8.30am each day to try to get a sun bed, spend €11 at the beach at the bottom on the hill instead . Ideal as a base only, skip the food and pool.

Where to start 🤔 This resort doesn't deserve a 3 star rating. The reception area is sparse. Most of the staff seemed disinterested - the man who checked us in was unhelpful in the extreme. Be prepared for extra costs - the wifi costs €20 per device for one week. The safe in the room is €21 per week. There is no tea/coffee or water in the room - luckily there are plenty of Spar shops! The accommodation is dire - old, dark not particularly clean. There's no air conditioning but fans are available to hire, at a cost, of course. The bathroom had no window or extraction fan. The shower had mould and a hand painted tray. The screen leaked... The food is not great. Almost always cold. Not good if you have any allergies. The pool area is not big enough for the amount of rooms. If you're willing to "reserve " your sunbeds by queuing with your towels before the pool opens then this is the resort for you! By the way the cleaning lady comes very early and the staff don't bother to tell you that men will be working with chainsaws right outside your bedroom window at 8am! All in all a poor choice of accommodation by Jet2.
