Buon ristorante aperto solo a pranzo in bassa stagione e bella piscina con sauna, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire la vasca idromassaggio, nonostante molto vicino al caos di Puerto del Carmen è un posto estremamente silenzioso con un letto molto comodo, se mi muniti di auto consiglio di cenare a 'la ermita' a tre km circa ma ne vale veramente la pena, check-in anticipato molto gradito alle ore 11, da ritornare sicuramente!!

Another perfect holiday at Apartmentos Panorama. It has now become my accommodation of choice in Puerto del Carmen. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable spacious studio. Pool is nice and cool. No problem getting a subbed at any time of the day. No nonsense with beds being reserved either towels which is refreshing. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning!! 😎

Great value for for money , the room and hotel is cleaned regularly to a good standard , the staff are very friendly. I was very happy with the pool , I enjoyed the food and cocktails served at the bar. Would definitely return , thankyou very much

First impressions of Panorama were good. Nicely refurbished reception, bar and pool areas. Our allocated ‘garden’ room 112 was next door to the infamous room 110 as featured in a recent review ‘Worst room ever’ by reviewer John. In fairness we were happy with the room although we both agreed it was a bit tired. Calling it a garden view room is stretching it a bit (see photo) but we did get the lovely early morning sunrise. We did feel it necessary to hire the safe at 2.5 Euros a day as the patio door looked a bit dodgy and insecure (see photo) Sadly after our weekend arrival a JCB digger turned up on the Monday to the neighbouring building site and started clearing site debris and rubbish. The dust and mess soon began to cover our terrace and blow into our apartment. The JCB was there all week. We alerted reception and then called the Jet2 rep. In total fairness the Jet2 Leeds call centre and local rep could not do enough to put the matter right. We were immediately given another room on the opposite side of the complex. These were newly refurbished and supposedly superior and were indeed finished to a high standard. Self catering however was a challenge with no food prep area and nowhere to put food items. Ok for a cup of tea in the morning but a totally impractical layout with nowhere to sit to eat any meals. The apartment was next to the road and caught the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. The position of Panorama is great for a ten minute walk down the steps to the main ***** and the walk back up the hill is not as challenging as many other apartments in the resort that we’ve stayed at in the past. On a couple of occasions there were no sun beds available around the pool as the selfish reserving brigade were out in force as usual. Didn’t eat at the bar but had a few beers and the lady serving was very pleasant and polite.

Second stay here after visiting in 2016 and always trying to come back (it books up really quickly - no surprise). Lovely staff were very helpful and had our room ready early as I'd let them know we'd be in before official check-in, nothing better than being able to get straight out in the sun on your first afternoon! Which brings me to the pool bar and it's lovely food, very strong, tasty cocktails, and super friendly staff! Beds are comfy and the room is clean enough, only gripe was our kitchen bin hadn't been emptied on arrival but we were early and Lanzarote is very eco-conscious so probably prefer not to change a barely used bin, which is fair enough. Have done pool and garden view and both were great, it's whatever you prefer to look at really. Good gym that was nice and quiet while we were there. Clean communal areas, freezing cold pool but we had a go and it was kind of ok once you were in, but the sea was warmer. Shower room available for late check out that you have to book the day before, easy to do and lots of space. There's not enough sunbeds sadly, we always got a couple but saw a few disappointed faces looking for them later in the day. Bars, beaches, anything you want really just 5 mins walk. I'd advise avoiding cardiac hill and taking the stairs, they look a bit dodgy, and I'm sure they would be at night in the UK, but we only ever encountered a very friendly cat on them. Don't miss out on Playa Chica, stunning little beach. Really do love it here and highly recommend, just get in there early to get a booking as it's understandably very popular
