Villa Alondras is so much more than a place to stay – it has become our family’s special home from home in the Canary Islands. From the moment we arrive, we are welcomed like old friends by the incredible team – Felix, Olie, Jovi, and Alberto to name a few– who always go above and beyond to make every visit unforgettable. Over time, a wonderful friendship has grown with Felix, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine care make each stay feel deeply personal. And a massive thank you to Olie, who has given our daughter a true love and passion for salsa dancing – an unexpected gift that will stay with her forever. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and luxury. But it’s the people who make Villa Alondras truly special. Thank you all for making it our family’s happy place – we can’t wait to come back!

These villas are the best place that we have stayed , I have travelled all over the world and think that this experience has being great! The staff and quality of cleanliness of the facility and Villa were second to none. We will be back! Great location too in relation to getting around Playa del Carmen.

Excellent Villa spacious and clean well equipped and maintained the pool area was great you can have it heated but that's a whopping 200 euros. The resort is well laid out and the restaurant and bar are along with the pool area is pleasant only down point us that the restaurant and bar are closed Tuesday and Wednesday in peak season. Breakfast is great plenty of choice.staff excellent and always happy to help.Beach and town is a 20 minute walk with plenty of choice of bars I would recommend hiring a car from the Airport which is only 15 minutes from the resort

We spent a week in one of the classic villas in the beautiful Villa Alondra. Everything from start to finish was perfect, the rooms, the private pool, the amazing breakfast. Nothing was too much for the very friendly staff. We loved our week there and we will definitely be back

Nos alojamos en una Villa clàssic. Realmente maravillosa. Toda ella espectacular: todos los espacios de la casa muy grandes, también el jardín y la piscina. Realmente te sientes como en el paraíso. Además gozas de una independencia total ya que es una casa totalmente independente de las que tienes al lado. Cabe comentar que el desayuno que se sirve dista mucho de un hotel de 5 estrellas com es Villas Alondra, ya que es poco variado y los embutidos de poca calidad. Creo que es un aspecte que deben revisar. Por lo demás, para repetir si volvemos a la isla.

We visited a year ago and stayed in the classic villa which was marvelous, however our recent stay had us in a grand deluxe villa. We didn't think that Villas Alondra could get any better, however they have excelled themselves with this offering. The villa is simply stunning along with the food and fabulous service......we will be back soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff, who were exceptionally polite & helpful. We were fortunate to enough to be in one of the Grand Deluxe Villas, on arrival to the villa it was fantastic, very secure with timed gated entrance, The villa & its gardens were well presented, clean, really spacious, the maid service & pool cleaning team were exemplary, The continental breakfast had a great selection in very nice quiet environment. From start to finish it was faultless, we have already booked to return. Thank you - The Ward Family.

We stayed at Villas Alondra in Puerto Del Carmen for 2 weeks in July, and it was honestly the best holiday we’ve ever had. On arrival at reception, we were offered drinks and snacks while we were checking in. We were then driven to our villa and shown around which was brilliant Our shopping was waiting for us in the villa when we arrived and the team had left us a complimentary bottle of fizz. Having everything we needed was perfect, and we were soon relaxing by the pool! The villa was spotless, cleaned every other day, and our private pool was fantastic – maintained throughout our stay. We had everything we needed in the villa including a washing machine, so we didn't have to bring back dirty clothes! The on-site Arenas restaurant was also excellent, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and we especially loved the breakfast each morning. A special thanks to Paola, Oli, Alberto, Alex, and Felix – all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Restaurant recommendations were always spot on, and some were so good, we went back twice! If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and well-run place to stay, this is it. We can’t wait to return next year!

Villas Alondra was a brilliant find for our last minute family trip. We stayed in a villa deluxe which was perfect for our family of 4. The pool is incredible, the Villa clean and spacious with all the modern amenities you could need! The staff were incredible, and constantly available via WhatsApp which I felt was a very efficient way to keep in contact throughout the stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinners were delicious and the service faultless! Half board dinner options are limited to a choice from 3 options for starter, main and dessert - we felt this could have been a wider choice but what we did have was lovely. There is a restaurant “La Cascada” which we ate at for 2 nights as the onsite restaurant is closed - this restaurant was great too! It is down the hill in Puerto Del Carmen - about a 15 min walk - up hill on the way back but we managed with a toddler and baby - there is a taxi stand right outside though! We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and the villas were brilliant value for money - perfect if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle and spend quality time with family - we would highly recommend!
