Voor ons een ster er bij! Fantastisch schoon appartement met prima bedden en complete keuken. . Mega vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heel dicht bij het strand. Mooie boulevard met veel veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes Supermarkt onder het complex.

We had a brilliant stay. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm as we were held up at the airport. The lovely cleaner was waiting for us when we arrived and even helped my husband with the cases whilst I grabbed water from the shop on the corner at the apartments. We stayed in number 1 which was big and clean. Yes it was dated but it didn’t affect our stay. The big fan in the room was great too for the hot nights. The beds were very comfy. The pool was right outside the door which the children loved. The apartments are in a perfect location just a short walk down the hill and you’re on the main new town *****!

Large, clean apartment although very dated. The beds were comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space but very few sockets. The bathroom was very dated with the shower over the bath. No hairdryer. There’s no AC but there was a large fan in the room. Reception staff very friendly but only there in a morning. Good budget hotel.

The first thing that struck me about this apartment was how large it was and how clean, whilst it is indeed dated it has been extremely well looked after and was spotless. Unfortunately though I was in a ground floor unit and the noise of people and cleaners moving furniture was enough to drive me insane. Loud scraping noises and banging until 4.30am and the starting again at 7.30am. Secondly there were no umbrellas available around the pool despite there being several base stands around, I asked and was told no. It was 32° this week so that meant the pool area for me was a no go. Then on my 4th night a large group arrived, they took over the whole pool area all day, playing loud music, drinking, smashing glasses and generally being totally disrespectful to all other guests. This went on 24/7. It's such a shame as my initial impression was 10/10. Sadly no staff are on site after 11.30am to deal with such issues and so these groups just take overtaking it unbearable for everyone else. I really wanted to be able to return here but after 5 nights of sleep deprivation, I definitely won't be back

Wij verbleven in apt. 14, bovenste verdieping en naast de racebaan….zeer gehorig, oud, vervallen. Wij hebben 589,- betaald voor 8 nachten, dit was minstens 250,- a 300,- teveel. Alles oud, vervallen, schimmel tussen tegels en kitranden, wc die niet goed doortrok, bed bestond uit n (zelfgemaakte)houten plank met 4 ijzeren poten en daarop een matras. Het kraakte en piepte bij de minste aanraking. Bekleding van die houten plank gescheurd, vieze vlekken en echt niet meer van deze tijd. Kasten waar planken scheef in zaten, loslieten en vieze randen hadden. Badkamer vallen tegels van de muur, schimmelranden, douchen in t bad, wc die niet goed doortrok, spijkers en oude schroevenin muur en op de deur……. Wel warm water, dat was op zich n pluspunt. Apt ligt aan zeer drukke, sterk hellende weg, die heel veel geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt, wij deden geen oog dicht, het ging de hele nacht door met zwaar verkeer. Keuken minimale inrichting, wel waterkoker en broodrooster. Afzuigkap boven 4 pits keramische kookplaat was zeer vet, kookplaat werkte wel. 2 platte bordjes, 3 kopjes en glazen……nieuw koelkastje dat naar behoren werkte. Bank en stoel kon je echt niet op zitten, kussens zeer dun op houten plank. Tafel op balkon. Tafel had gaten in de randen, 2 plastic stoelen oke, wasrek oke en 2 ligbedden. Op dag 4 zelf schoonmaakster aangesproken en om schone handdoeken gevraagd, op dag 7 van 8 nachten kregen wij schoon beddengoed….. dat was overigens wel schoon en rook fris. Al met al vinden wij het bedrag dat we betaald hebben veel te veel voor waar je in moet leven, wij bevelen dit absoluut niet aan. Er zou eerst eens grondig gerenoveerd moeten worden. Wij zullen niet meer terugkeren. Oh ja, er was ook n zwembadje……

I normally reap the benefits from posts on TripAdvisor but don't contribute. That is not fair. The posts on these apartments can be unkind so I can only share our experience. We stayed as a couple in September for two weeks and had a great holiday. The mum and daughter team at Reception were professional and on the two occasions we contacted them for towels and sheets and to organise a taxi booking to the airport the requests were sorted immediately. The apartments have a rating and they charge accordingly. We consider that we got great value for money. The location is so central, 600 metres away from the main *****. I read posts about lack of appliances but our apartment had a new kettle, toaster and microwave which we did not use as we dined out for the 14 days at really competitive prices. We would love to return. The pool area is large enough but no one seems to use the sunbeds. Pity there isn't a coffee shop, pool bar or snacks on site. Lanza is a beautiful island and these apartments are a perfect base to explore it from
