Lifestyle Royal Suites

So, I went to life style resort at Puerto Plata a few days ago. I spent a week there. I booked through a real estate owner. By booking through her, I had the navy blue bracelet which allowed me VIP access. I had access to 7 beaches, including the Deja view beach. I had a day pass to ocean World. Free Wi-Fi was included, and I had a golf cart for the week. I was able to eat at some of the top VIP restaurants, including Azule. I also had two bottles a day of any alcoholic beverages I wanted. I stayed at the royal suit. So, I did not get to have my own personal cook breakfast for me. Had I booked a villa, I would have a personal chef cook breakfast every morning. The navy blue bracelet allows access to everything that the gold bracelets allow, just in case someone was wondering.

This resort has been disgusting from day 0. First they throw us in a room with no AC, MOLDED PILLOWS, SOPPING WET mystery floors that never never dry and always flood. Salt shakers with no bottoms. Broken TV's a pull out bed that doesn't stay down and I can go ON AND ON. We had to call the front desk just to come and replenish towels and rags when it was clear we had to use all of our towels to clean the leaking floor so that we didn't bust our bottoms, my sister ended up SPLIPPING right after a half basic "maintenance man" came. After my mothers sickness due to those molded pillows she had to scream to the front desk after being hung up on SEVERAL times to fix the room and eventually they moved us one floor down! AND THE NEW ROOM WAS Pristine. Then dont get me started with the dumb timeshare people. This man comes to the room saying they'll fix everything my sister and mother are currently injured and they offer a tour of things we as interval had access to. They DRAG MY MOTHER OUT OF BED AFTER NOTIFYING THEM THAT SHE HAD BEEN VOMITING AND HAVING DIARRHEA. They quite literally shied us everything we didn't have access to. These people literally just care about themselves they are ridiculous and elementary. I work corporate on site for Marriott so I know EXACTLY how hospitality is to be handled and they FAILED. Lastly the "snack time". They don't allow you to bring food out which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't allow it every night. Me and my sisters were not stopped from bringing food out for 2 nights straight then all of a sudden rules come out of thin air???? They are disposable plates and cups why give us a kitchen and all just for us to starve. This place is CRAP. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. Video room proof on tik tok! @haelbeth 0/10

I want to thank Elena Carvetta for making my stay one of the best. You took care of everything my transportation from and to the airport. My one bedroom apartment was very nice anything I needed they took care of. I loved having my own golf cart as well. I want to thank you Elena for everything. I'm booking with you again. I recommend if going to Dominican Republic look up Elena Carvetta she will take very good care of you.❤️
