Great location. Free shuttle service to and from the airport, friendly service. My husband and I stay at this location quite often, never disappointed.

這個機場旁邊的酒店很棒，服務人員非常友善，步行3分鐘就有個韓國超市，可以買晚飯和零食～早上最早一班到機場的shuttle bus是5點，工作人員提前為我們準備了早餐和咖啡，非常推薦大家！

I truly regret that I stayed for only 1 night. Since I am a solo-traveller, I wanted to chill in Puerto Princesa. The hotel is super close to the airport, as you can say it is located within a walking distance, the hotel offered a comprementary transfer from/to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. I did not want to leave! It was an amazing experience to stay.

The location was in the center and public transpo was conveniently accessible. The bed was comfy, room size was acceptable, good running water. Housekeeping staffs were prompt. The staffs in the bkfast restaurant were not friendly, lacking in greeting the guests. The pool was small.

Von außen Hui von innen Pfui. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier leider nicht angemessen. Das Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt ,Müll wurde nicht entsorgt und Handtücher nur auf Anfrage.Nicht einmal Wasser gab es das hatten wir in jeder Unterkunft.

If they can improve their cleaning, this hotel is 5-star for me.

Nice hotel close to the airport. The service can be a bit slow, we had to ask multiple times for bath towels in the room

I had a great experience at Canvas Boutique Hotel overall. It would be nice to provide bedroom sleepers in the room because it definitely helps the hotel guest relax after a long day of traveling to Puerto Princesa. The metal parts of the sink can be cleaned a lot better. It would be good to inform the guest at check in about using the blinds effectively. Apart from the above, everything else was awesome, especially the staff on duty because they were ever ready to provide assistance to me. One excellent example was, a staff asked me which van agency I was going to travel with from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, to make sure I was in safe hands. I asked the El Nido resort staff where I was going to spend the rest of my time at regarding the van agency and they replied, letting me know that the van driver will be going to inform of his arrival at Canvas Boutique Hotel before I take the van. The security guard at Canvas Boutique Hotel assisted with meeting the van driver and made sure I boarded the van safely.

the staff are the absolute best thing about this hotel, they are the friendliest most helpful people you could hope to meet: happy to chat and help and serve in any way they can. though really everything is great. the location is just an 8 minute walk from the airport, and they also have a free shuttle bus. the food and drink is excellent and good value. the swimming pool is nice and relaxing too.
