Habitación muy bien , el servicio también. Contras muchas escaleras,piscinas pequeñas y con poca altura 1.10.. y aunque no eran muchas vi cucas pequeñas en el comedor, eso sí me dió mucho asco. Y por favor como en verano te echan de la piscina a las 7 ,encima no esperas que salgas te echan el cloro contigo dentro. No volveremos.

La estancia fue de 10. El servicio era muy agradable, siempre te atendían con una sonrisa, cuando les preguntabas cualquier cosa o pedías algo siempre te ayudaban y encontraban soluciones. Los restaurantes estaban muy buenos. Sinceramente si lo que estáis buscando es estar unos días en un Hotel lo recomiendo, ya que tiene todo lo que necesitarás. Excelente

Al llegar, nos atendieron maravillosamente en recepción, aunque nuestra habitación aun no estaba preparada, nos hicieron el check in, nos pusieron las pulseras y nos invitaron a pasar al restaurante para almorzar. Una vez llegamos a la habitación, las vistas no eran de nuestro agrado, fuimos de nuevo a recepción y nos atendieron de igual manera, maravillosamente, dándonos una explicación adecuada y, finalmente proponiendo una doble solución bajo las premisas win-win. Escogimos la opción más acorde a nosotros. No pudo ser mejor. Luego las instalaciones estupendas, bien mantenidas, limpias, espaciosas y cómodas. Destacar también la atención de todo el personal, tanto la limpiadora, como la animación, como los bares y restaurantes, el trato exquisito!!! En especial de D. Daniel Nuñez Araña, chico educado y simpático, muy trabajador, nos hizo sentirnos como en casa.

This hotel is not for the faint hearted. It is extremely high up but in our opinion it was well worth the visit. The rooms are a great size and all rooms face the sea. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Water dropped in your room every two days and you can get bottled water at the bar in the evening. The food in this hotel was excellent! Fresh different choices every day and to such a high standard. Staff friendly and helpful and at hand to help. There is a bus that takes you down to the harbour but the walk down hill is not hard and less than 5 euro back in a cab. There are 3 pools and sun terrace and as it is a family hotel there are lots of kids. Not a problem but would have been nice for one pool to be adult only, just an idea. Entertainment was ok but not the best, that said the team do their best to put on a show. Drinks!!! So impressed with the alcohol, it was good and the beer was a main brand!! This hotel has a gym but not very good if you like free weights but done the job. The steps are a killer but there are lifts of course, they are not the best and get extremely hot as well as very slow. The views of the harbour are excellent and it is a great place to spend the day for very little spend. All in all this was great break in a very good hotel. Thanks RIU
