No están mal. El complejo de apartamento se nota que es antiguo y lo que le han hecho es un lavado de cara. La piscina es pequeña y la zona de hamacas un poco escasa, desde primera hora se ve a la gente estresada pillando hamacas para después ni usarlas, deberían de tener un poco más de control con ese tema. También eché en falta una hamaca en la terraza. La limpieza en los apartamentos se podría mejorar aunque estoy a favor de las camareras de piso y sé que es mucho trabajo para ellas por eso nunca uso ese servicio mientras estoy hospedada, pero si me gusta recibirlo bien limpio. El servicio de recepción como siempre hay empleados empáticos y otros menos pero en general bien. Se escucha bastante el ruido entre un apartamento y otro . La situación no está mal para moverte caminando siempre que te guste y puedas caminar, para nosotros no fue un problema. La cocina es correcta tiene los utensilios necesarios y es funcional. IMPORTANTE: EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO es de PAGO no lo supe hasta que llegué allí 5€ por noche. Deberían de ponerlo en la pág web ya que uno de los motivos por los que alquilamos ahí era porque tenían A/C incluído.

We had a fabulous stay here. Pros; Staff are welcoming, speak excellent English and are very helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Lots of free sun loungers on a lovely terrace. Poolside bar has good food and drink options at decent prices. Supermarket just below hotel with the basics Hairdryer available Large balcony with table, chairs and clothes rail. Modern decor Free safe box TV About 15 min walk to beach/spar Bus stop is about 10 minutes away and costs about 12 euro return ticket to get to the waterpark instead of paying €50 for taxi. Location info for mobility impaired: The location is great for us. Not too far from the bars/restaurants, however, the hotels in this area are in the mountains and the shops/bars etc are down in the valley. This means you have to go down a lot of steps (or get a taxi). A taxi is only about €4 and there are always loads in the valley to go up to the hotel but if you need to get one down into the valley, you will need to call one. I do not have any mobility issues so I can't give a comprehensive review on it. Cons: A/C costs an extra €25 for the week. The AC unit is in the living area but none in the bedroom. The shower screen is short and we found that water kept coming out at the bottom of the shower and onto the floor. The pool has ladders but no steps so may not be easily accessible for people with mobility issues. No night bar but the area with bars is only about 5 mins walk away.

Extremely friendly staff and very clean apartments

Great hotel staff are really nice and friendly could not ask for more there are two supermarkets nearby and have everything you need so no need to carry things up the hill people say about the noise but we did not hear anything the staff at the pool bar are amazing food good and not over priced 1st set of steps are having work done so closed but if you take a right out the hotel and walk down the hill you will find some steps down and this is a easy way all in all a fab short break always found a sun bed will return

Great apartments only downfall was the door in the rooms , single door linking rooms could hear everything that was going on next door with a quite a cap which was annoying especially when neighbours get a bit loud . Considering the noise that came from across from the centre we got a noise complaint for laughing Pool staff and entertainment staff always friendly and always had great fun and laugh with them all

Our second visit Arrived 3pm room ready nice welcome. Room on 2nd floor clean & everything as described. Little extras included washing liquid,sponge&ttowel. Soap in bathroom. Kitchen was equipped kettle,toaster coffee machine micro & hob. But take a cloth as nothing to wipe with .Bathroom nice except shower head could have been better,toilet flush kept filling had to keep re flushing . Bedroom compact but had free safe in wardrobe. Room had free tv &wifi. Aircon didn’t use but payable if needed.reception staff & night team always smiled when going past. only niggle was cleaning The lady came just after 9am when on holiday it’s nice to chill but they do come back or leave if asked. Some days it was 3pm so never knew when or if they would be coming . Maybe a note would be nice so could be out. Last day we had bed change & fresh towels which seamed a waste.
