Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite

We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night! Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble. We would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Terrazamar. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balconies are amazing, such a good size equipped with 2 loungers, table, parasol, 3 reclining chairs and a clothes drying stand. After the first day it became apparent you have to queue before 10am to be able to get a sunbed by the pool - a lot left empty until 12noon / 1pm. All staff so polite and extremely helpful. The pool bar has a good selection of food and drink. Excellent location to walk to Mogan Mall and Commercial centre with minimal noise from either.

Stayed in a number of different accommodation in Puerto Rico and decided to give this one a try, mainly due to the fact my 82 year old mother was with us and it had easy access to the flatter areas on the resort. Lots of lifts and stairs which did help us get to the Mall and Centre easily but I didn’t fancy going up to the pool on 10th floor regularly. Luckily we had a tub on our huge balcony and filled it with cold water. The pool in Terrazamar looked more spacious, we looked directly on to it but as it wasn’t a walk in, we didn’t go. Rooms are huge, everything you need, not sure why people say they are tired as looked great for the price. Beds are superb, I am really funny with my bed and I slept like a log, the air con in room helped, would have liked it in the living space too. Shower was fab, rainfall or normal to choose from. We stayed in the adult room and had robes, slippers, pool towels as well as Prosecco, beer, Fanta juice and water in the fridge upon arrival…lovely touch. The balcony has 2 beds and 2 chairs which recline, has a huge clothes dryer too. Washing machines are also available to use in the complex if needed. The bakery and bar area was fantastic, such good value and the burger was amazing. So friendly too and same in the shop. All staff were very nice but our cleaner (we were in 1216 and 1218) was just so lovely and was always on the go making sure our rooms were just right….all staff work really hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The entertainment we watched from our balcony, seemed too energetic for me on a hot day but it was enjoyed by all around the pool. The only negative for me was the wardrobe hangers, I’m small and I couldn’t reach so a big problem for me. The number of stairs and lift journeys became tedious but not enough to stop me returning if I get the chance. I would recommend this complex and especially if you have some mobility issues as so easy to get to flat area of the resort.
