Servatur Casablanca Suites & Spa - Adults Only

We stayed during May 2025 and booked in room 806 which was a suite with a jacuzzi bath. Room facilities generally good but it would appear that rooms numbered 7 or higher on each floor have the best sea views - ours was looking out over the town partly closed on by the lift. Never a problem getting sunloungers particularly if utilising the ones on the roof terrace. These receive the sun from about 9.30am whereas the balconies and pool probably about 10.30 onwards. We stayed half board and would like to pay special thanks to Christo who was the chef in the evenings and all the waiting staff especially Sylvia who looked after all our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here again preferably in a room with a Seaview.

Stayed here with my partner for a week in May 2025, the rooms were very clean and well equipped, we opted for a superior suite with a large balcony which was lovely and had very comfortable beds. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the food was very good and the drinks were reasonably priced. Well equipped gym and very nice spa. The only slight down side is we overlooked quite a commercial part of Puerto Rico and occasionally you could hear the singers and bingo callers in the local bars from the balcony. We hired a car from the airport and did quite a bit of sightseeing of the other resorts of Gran Canaria, the beach, port and canals of Mogan were a particular highlight. Although parking was a bit tight at the hotel we managed to park our hire car there every night. All in all a very enjoyable holiday experience.

The location is brilliant. You are near all the shops and restaurants, there is about 102 steps to walk down and back up though to get to the hotel. So the room we was originally in was 310 we arrived having paid extra for one of the superior junior suites, the jacuzzi and brolly was both broken, we got moved to 606 which was so much better and bigger, the rooms are very big and spacious but I didn’t like the fact that it was 2 single beds pushed together. Now let’s move on to the food we paid for half board and only ate once at the hotel, you are better off bed and breakfast, there’s not much choice at all and the food is always just warm, half board works very weird in this hotel so it’s not like a buffet, they put starters and puddings out which again always cold and you have to order from a menu for your main, pretty much the same food everyday. The sunbeds are another issue very very low also the pool area doesn’t open until 10-11 which again I find very strange, I’ve never been to a hotel where they have opening times, I don’t think the hotel has any entertainment either, it was okay for the money we paid but I don’t think I would come back.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite with jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We love to walk so a jacuzzi bath on the balcony was a lovely addition for tired feet. It was also nice to have our own loungers on the balcony, should we want to sunbathe in the comfort of our own space. The pool area during the Easter holidays (UK) was lovely and quiet. No need to research sunbeds or rush, as there are plenty available. Definitely make use of the free spa facilities as another option for relaxation. We stayed half board. The breakfast was lovely, lots of cooked and continental options, with fresh omelettes and pancakes being a real bonus. The dinner menu was also delicious-as main meals are cooked fresh for you. We ate out a few times whilst being out exploring, but commented a lot on the hotel food. The location is ideal for walking into Puerto Rico and the nearest beach is only a ten minute walk away. We enjoyed staying in Puerto Rico as it gave us a good base to explore surrounding areas by bus, whilst having a good mix of relaxation and entertainment. The staff were all lovely and would go above and beyond to help. We would happily return again!

8th time back at out home from home! Great room fantastic staff and very clean We love it here ! Breakfast is very good and all of the staff are attentive you can choose from fruit to an full cooked breakfast or a freshly cooked omelette Rooms are cleaned daily by friendly staff We couldn’t fault it snd that’s why we come back year after year Thanks Again !

We are currently staying at this wonderful place. It's our first visit here and we are very impressed. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food and service is excellent. We have a room on the top floor with a outdoor whirlpool bath. The room has lots of storage space and is really big. The staff are so very friendly and work so hard. No rush for sun loungers as there are plenty. The roof top sun terrace is a little gem. We have already booked to back this Oct. Love it here
