Private, close to beach, WiFi, Air-conditioning, cable TV, dishwasher, purified water system, stove, washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, TV, granite countertops and lots of closet space. Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this wonderful apartment is the perfect location. It boasts a limited ocean view from the large shard patio, perfect to have breakfast or something cold to drink, manicured gardens with a running creek, and in-house gym. Washer and dryer on site. The large common area on the roof has an outdoor kitchen, heated lounging pool, chaise lounges and lots of comfy seating to enjoy the magnificent and panoramic view of the ocean and bay.and dryer. Property and views are absolutely stunning ! Rick goes above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need to make your stay fabulous! Would highly recommend this property ! We would definitely stay again !!

Was the first time I stayed at a verbo and the experience was excellent. Rick was a fantastic host, met us when we arrived quickly. Answered any questions on WhatsApp and was almost invisible. The property is exquisite many comfortable seating areas. A view that you could never get tired of. All the extras in the apartment that you do not expect like tin foil and Saran wrap salt and pepper and spices. And even ear plugs in the nightstand drawer. Not that we needed them. Was a wonderful place to stay and a great experience

Not disappointed
We had an amazing time in Puerto Vallarta! Our place had everything we needed and more. Rick was an awesome host. Had a great time getting to know him and sharing stories. Location is perfect. Close enough to everything and far enough out to be peaceful with spectacular views! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
