The pool was the star. The roof top deck was beautiful. The bar was good. Loved the balcony in the room. The location was great. The walls were a bit thin, not sound proof - bring ear plugs. The hill wasn't too bad, a few steps was good for working off all the tacos I ate. The kitchen was great, the washer dryer a plus and the shower was great. The pastry across the street at Casa Maria was great, get the one with the cheese filling!

This building has the best rooftop area I have seen in the Romantica Zona of PV. The elliptical pool and fire pit area are extremely nice. The drinks (cash only) are well priced and prepared by pleasant staff. The condo we stayed in (# 505) was very nice and had an incredible view. It has one bed with a pull out sofa. However, with this unit being ocean side, that meant that it also faced the bars. If you are one to go to bed before midnight, I hope you're not a light sleeper. This condo was the noisiest place I have ever stayed - no exaggeration. There is a bar adjacent to the building and all the noise comes directly into the room. Other bars are in the immediate area. If you're a night owl, then you'll be fine, but if noise bothers you (as it did me) than I would suggest getting a condo away from the ocean. Forget the view and enjoy a good night's sleep. For this reason, i woudl not stay here again.

STAY AWAY! Very rude and unprofessional. He gave me very bad experience. You cant expect much from Mexico but the service there is very unprofessional. Carlos especially is disgusting! stay away!stay away!stay away!stay away!stay away!stay away!

By far the most beautiful rooftop in Puerto Vallarta! The pool is heated, staff are very friendly, and the location was perfect. One block from the beach and surrounded by great restuarants and shops. Rooftop features a bar with large menus and well priced cocktails. The view is UNREAL! Best situated for couples and adults.

Who closes a hot tub at night? Like we supposed to chill in the hot tub at night, ya know I like hot tubs past 10PM like *** I just want to hot tub at midnight. It’s really weird to close a hot tub at night…. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Los departamentos son cómodos, están bien equipados, la ubicación es buena y tienen una excelente vista. El rooftop con su piscina infinita es su mayor atractivo. Los menos: los conserjes, al menos durante nuestra estadía, no fueron muy serviciales. Demoraron una hora para entregar la habitación porque no estaba disponible aún. Cuando ingresamos todavía había gente adentro limpiando. La reserva incluía estacionamiento, cuando llegamos no había disponibilidad. Nos cobraron 100 dólares a una tasa de cambio mucho más alta. Los dormitorios son con paneles corredizos. Si es por pocos días está bien, pero si es por más tiempo se pierde privacidad.

Perfect apartment (304) for a long weekend getaway for a small family. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 sleeping areas. Plus washer + dryer so you don't have to pack heavy. Great location if you want to be in the middle of town including tons of restaurants, shopping, the beach, and tour pick up spots. You don't need a car - you can uber to and from the airport or other locations outside of walking distance. Views are beautiful from the apartment - the rooftop pool views are spectacular. We watched the fireworks across the bay every night. Remember it's in the middle of the town - night time is loud and people are partying below the building on the street all night.

This was my 3rd trip to PV but my first stay at Pier 57. This location did not disappoint. The rooftop pool/bar were the main draw & Pier 57 was beyond our expectations. We were always greeted with a smile from Carlos & other bartenders. I had my grandson with me & the bartenders were great with him as well . I greatly appreciated that !! There is security 25/7 at the entry & they were always very polite & helpful as well .Beautiful place , super comfy beds in a great location with easy access to everything you could possibly need !!

Pier 57 is beautiful, but has the most rude staff. If you stay here and have friends who are staying elsewhere, the staff will not even let them come to visit. So much of PV is about hospitality, not Pier 57. There are so many other beautiful places in PV you can stay that have wonderful welcoming staff.
