JM Hotel Kuta Lombok

Première nuit dans une chambre totalement vétuste, salle, avec de la moissisure dans la salle de bain. Obligé d'aller à 3 reprises les voir à la réception pour nettoyer la chambre,jai du le faire moi même. La baignoire ou il manque également un pied. 2 lits simples alors que nous avions réservé pour un lit king size. 2eme nuit dans une chambre à l'étage bien meilleure.

Booked and paid for 3 nights, 2 x people from August 12. On the first night we arrived late, the room had lots of mosquitos, was dirty, hot water didnt work and the shower head was broken. We informed the staff and they said they would look into it. The inclusive breakfast was very bad and I told the staff again the next morning that the hot water didnt work. When we came back around 3pm I asked if the hot water has been fixed and the lady at reception was not sure. It was not fixed. We packed up and went to leave. I asked for a refund and the lady at reception called the manager Mr Sumsung and he said that his not giving us a refund. Extremely dissapointing place. Avoid this hotel!
