"The super beautiful infinity pool can directly see the sea. There are little wind and waves here, very calm. The facilities in the hotel are great, the scenery is very beautiful, suitable for lying down and sunbathing. You can see the clear sea directly on the cliff. However, the service attitude of the staff is very poor, especially the two check-in ladies at the front desk. The tone of the front desk of a 5-star hotel is extremely bad. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels around the world, and I have never seen such a bad attitude. The breakfast is okay, relatively simple. But the dinner buffet is really bad. I haven't eaten such a bad one for a long time."

"We have just returned from this lovely family-run hotel. It is modern, exceptionally clean and the food is excellent. All the staff we met were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is usually used by those wanting a short 2/3 night stopover; we however spent 11 nights exploring the area and had a wonderful time. The nearest sunbathing/swimming area is about a five minute walk away: there are limited sunbeds on a concrete slab. The water is, however, crystal clear. It is about 2k/half an hour walk into Pula centre although buses are frequent if busy at peak times (€2 per journey). Both options worth it as Pula is lovely. There are several local restaurants within a short walk: we visited two, both of which were excellent value for money and served delicious food (we did eat in the hotel which was more expensive but the food was correspondingly better presented and felt more “classy”). We would recommend the Milan Hotel unreservedly."

"This is terrible! It took forever to find the self-check-in area. The room smelled musty, the shower head holder was broken and I had to hold it by hand, and the hot water stopped halfway through my shower. There was no shower gel or shampoo, and to make matters worse, there wasn't even a mouthwash cup! It really ruined my mood. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have stayed here even if it was free."
