Colorful Apartments Pułtusk

We felt completely misled by our experience at Colorful Apartments. We were traveling with an infant, and to our surprise, we were charged the full adult rate for the baby. Most hotels do not charge at all for children under one year old. For a 5-night stay with 3 people, we were given only 2 towels and one set of extra bedding—just a duvet and pillow without pillowcases or a sheet. We also received a single, half-used roll of toilet paper. It felt like a bad joke. Despite messaging the host before arrival and calling on the first day of our stay to request another towel and proper bedding, nothing was delivered. It gave us the impression that the host is either disorganized or simply doesn’t care about guest comfort. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. The apartment itself felt neglected. It lacked basic amenities like cleaning supplies, a broom, or even a mop. The furniture upholstery looked worn and not particularly clean. The kitchen was poorly equipped—no bottle opener, no corkscrew, and not even basic items like sugar, tea bags, or bottled water to welcome guests. The cupboards contained a few mismatched glasses and cutlery that looked like leftovers from the 1980s. Our entire stay was tainted by these issues. I genuinely feel cheated and cannot recommend Colorful Apartments to anyone. There are far better options where guests are treated with care and respect.

We traveled with an infant for which we had to pay for like for an adult. Even hotels do not charge for children under 1 year old. For 5 nights, for 3 people, we only got 2 towels! Despite the fact that I sent a message to the owner before arrival and called the first day of my stay asking for an extra towel and bedding, nothing was provided. I have the impression that the host has absolutely no idea what he is doing, I wish him to be in a similar situation with his family one day and that he will also be pissed off as he is with us! It's a joke in bad taste. We had a spoiled entire stay. Also, the rooms need refreshing. Lack of basic equipment such as cleaning agents, sweeping brushes or even a mop. Upholstery on furniture does not look very clean and does not encourage use. No bottle opener, wine corkscrew, not to mention sugar or even a few tea bags or bottles of water to welcome you... In the cupboards we found a few random glasses looking like from the 80's and some random cutlery. I feel cheated. I do not recommend Colorful Apartments to anyone, there are much better and more interesting options where they treat guests seriously and with respect.
