Sentosa Resorts & Water Park

We had a family gettogether on 4-5 Jun 2022. Based on kids' preference, we chose this water resort to spend two days together. Three rooms were booked for 2 days to enjoy leisure talks by the post-evening. As we arrived, we had a breakfast in the restaurant inside the resort campus. The order of 8-10 south-Indian items took about 1 hour to serve and another 30 mins were spent to serve the tea. We didn't mind at that time, since we were meeting after a long duration and lots of talk was going on. Rooms were really big and clean. Furniture and upholstery was also good. Plus, two rooms were interconnected, so kids had fun. We checked in and straight away went into the water park for the rides. The day spent well. By the evening, we went to same restaurant to have some tea, which again took 50 mins to serve. After this, we decided to dine outside the resort. Luckily, there are many options available in the 0.5 mile radius. When we returned to the room and the first batch went to the bathrooms had horrible experience. All the taps (incl. basin and toilet flush) were delivering super-hot water. Plus, the bathroom and toilet didn't have window or any means to ventilate air. We contacted front desk, who was manned by a single person in his early twenties and he was totally clueless about the solution. It took him more than an hour to arrange a plumber to turn on cold/normal water tap. There was no other housekeeping person or any other staff seen during our stay over the night. Luckily, there were no more surprises as we slept early.

Stay was average,cleanliness was very bad,even staff member talk rudely with us.. Not recommeded to anyone..
