Cloud 9 Hills Resort

I found the place to be so serene and quiet. Out of the city commotion. This is the best place one could enjoy the retreat and away from all the loud noises from our daily lives. We booked 2 connected houses with amazing view of the valley.

I recently stayed on Cloud Nine and Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. The Hospitality of Staff was great ! Special Thanks to Rabindra Sahu for very friendly support in restaurant.

The restaurant manager is greedy, small minded and unwelcoming… Never in a restaurant have I been made feel so unwelcome… We were 8 of us including a toddler, we were staying in the same compound as this resort. We checked with the restaurant in the afternoon if we could come for dinner and they said yes. However when were turned up for dinner the manager said you can only sit here for an hour. I have never heard this from anyone in the service industry before.. He was constantly trying to sell us the buffet and like mentioned in other reviews is interested only in serving large groups… we were told we could sit as long as we wanted and also get a discount if we took buffet, else we will be served late. We went somewhere else for dinner and passed the restaurant on our way back after a couple of hours and it was completely empty.. not sure why he wanted us out in an hour… the first thing I would change is that I would fire the restaurant manager, I don’t even know how people can survive with such an attitude in the service industry… Dear management take a closer look at the people you hire, you can get better. This was my second time in cloud 9, I will not be coming back.

Quality of Room and service is good. I like specially hill view from room. Good to visit with family they can really enjoy the resort and natural view. Property of resort is widely spread in acres. In monsoon climate is good in Resort fog comes in room, food and staff is good.

Great place to visit - especially during monsoons (must visit place). Very polite hospitality & staff. Clean rooms, good food, ample spaces for chilling under the moonlight. Safe & secure space - kid friendly. Looking forward for more visits in future.

Location is good. The property is also good, the valley view cottages have a fantastic view of the mountains, you can grab a good view of the sunrise. dinner was fine, for breakfast it was also OK, but only thing is there is no buffet system, you need to order it yourself.
