It is indeed disheartening to learn that your experience was not in line with your expectations. We have always taken pride in being a second home for all of our guests, whether on extended or shorter travel stays. I am very sorry that the Apartment Suite had some shortcomings and I did run a check on the electric cooker and dishwasher as well. I do understand that technical issues may arise and our teams are always around to assist on such matters promptly.
