I had an extremely pleasant stay in cocoon hotel Pune . The room is very luxurious and spacious . The amenities are in the hotel inhanch the catagory of this hotel . And must says that the tast of the food awesome we really enjoyed the food . And got exceptional service from ms manika and the whole team

I had an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay at Cocoon Hotel Pune. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and exuded a luxurious feel. Regular housekeeping ensured everything remained spotless, and overall hygiene was impressive. A special mention goes to Manika from the staff — her warmth and hospitality truly stood out. She treated us like family and went out of her way to ensure our comfort. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our stay. Room service was efficient, and the premium suite was well-equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, which added convenience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide spread offering both Indian and Continental options — something for everyone! That said, there are two areas that need improvement: 1. The Wi-Fi system was inconsistent. The password system didn’t work smoothly with the room number, and we had to call reception daily for a new one, which unfortunately stopped working again the next day. This issue remained unresolved till checkout. 2. The housekeeping service on the seventh floor was disappointing. The staff member responsible for our room was unresponsive and reluctant. Despite multiple reminders, his cleaning was not up to standard and felt rushed and insincere. He came in so late even to just clear the dustbins. Overall, Cocoon Hotel offers a wonderful experience with great facilities and excellent staff, but a few service issues, particularly with Wi-Fi and housekeeping consistency, need attention to make the stay truly flawless.

The hotel service is good. The room is very fast and quick. There is nothing that has to be changed. The breakfast and dinner food is good just the service needs to be bit fasters. Arundhati Nagath is also very sweet and humble and even Nikita is also the same very humble.

It was fantastic stay nice ambience and entire We had an amazing experience with the whole staffs and their services we really happy to choose cocoon for our destination vacation. We definitely recommend to those people who want to get proper service and Satisfaction Would like to mention some staffs name .they are incredible 1) ms manika ( always active and smileys) 2) mr Ajith (Vallet)
