Superb. Everything was perfect. Maybe need a hand towel rail and some coat hooks in the bedrooms, but apart from that, it was fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, pillows are perfect and so soft. The best night's sleep! Attention and service from the staff is impeccable. Highly recommended, thank you for having us!

Todo mal, desde recepción, hasta comida, en la noche tratando de descansar un huésped gritaba en la madrugada, seguridad no hace nada, y desde la mañana a la tarde un taladro en la cabeza, Piezas en malas condiciones, desteñidas, rotas, servicios que no funcionan.

The room had a wall of windows that looked across the Strait of Magellan to Tierra del Fuego. Stunning view! The tub in the bathroom was situated such that as I took a luxurious soak, I could gaze across the Strait. What a great way to end our trip in Patagonia. This hotel was super comfortable, with easy walking to shops to pick up last minute souvenirs before heading home. Very helpful front desk staff to arrange taxis or make recommendations. The infinity pool(which looked across the Strait) and hot tub were beautiful, though I wish the hot tub had been a little hotter. The on site restaurant was good. Great place to stay.

Siempre escojo este hotel cuando voy a Punta Arenas, en general el hotel es excelente. La tención del personal es muy buena, tiene muy buena ubicación, además de su vista al Estrecho de Magallanes La comodidad de sus instalaciones es muy buena. El desayuno es excelente. El restaurante es mu bueno aunque en algunos platos la porción de proteína es pequeña - algo que deberían mejorar considerando el valor de los platos. El gimnasio y SpA es muy bueno.

I stayed here a total of 3 nights - 2 nights before my Antarctic cruise, and 1 night on the way back. I really liked this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Both rooms I was assigned were fantastic. Spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Lovely large bed. On the way back they gave me a massive apartment-sized room - crazy! The service is top notch once you get to the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff are fabulous. The hotel is right across the street from Unimarc - a large supermarket and very close to restaurants, souvenir stores, and the main town area and shops. I want to thank the hotel for being flexible and preparing me a hot meal that was ready in my room when I arrived after midnight. I had a late flight coming in and room service closed at 11.30pm. I arranged for them to cook me a meal and have it ready in my room at 11.30pm. This was a lifesaver! I very much enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There were a couple of things that could have been improved: 1. It is very hard to get into contact with the hotel before arrival. They only respond to emails half the time. That being said, their concierge staff always responded to my emails and were a big help. Big thanks to Fernando from Concierge and Felipe from Reception who helped me greatly when I didn't get any response from the General Reception team. 2. The hotel is extremely busy and the lifts took a long time to arrive on some occasions. One of the lifts also broke down on one day and the wait was even longer. 3. Gym opening times - they have a great gym but it closes early. I think on Sunday they close at 9pm. It's terrible. For a hotel like this, they should have the gym freely open till midnight. Overall I think they did a wonderful job and provided great service on arrival. It was a great stay, thank you.

ES UNA LASTIMA PORQUE EL HOTEL ES MUY LINDO TODOS LOS SERVICIOS SON MUY BUENOS , DESDE LA PISCINA TIENEN UNA VISTA MUY LINDA HACIA EL MAR PERO LO MA SIMPORTANTE QUE EL AGUA ESTE A UNA TEMPERATUA ADECUADA Y NO LO ESTA TIENE QUE ESTAR MAS CALIENTE . SOLUCIONARLO X FAVOR LO ANTES POSIBLE PORQUE LA GENTE NO LE GUSTA Y SE QUEJA NO SOY EL UNICO
