Perfect beach getaway Fabulous resort with top notch staff providing next level service. Private and peaceful small boutique atmosphere where the ocean front villas are very comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. The food is also excellent and includes local favorites on the menu with everything flavorful and well prepared. A truly exceptional property that my family will visit again, which is made even easier with VIP airport assistance provided by the hotel.

Wonderful family time at Tortuga Bay. Excellent location, nice villa setup , very tasteful on site restaurant , friendly staff. Shout out to all the staff - helpful and friendly. I wish I remember everyone’s name . Many thanks to Valentina , Yocasta , Julio, Juan. We enjoyed talking to Acedo and listening to him and his band performing live at Bamboo on a Sunday evening - not to be missed.

Desde el momento en que pisamos Tortuga Bay Punta Cana supimos que estábamos viviendo algo fuera de serie: la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido en hoteles del Caribe. Es un verdadero paraíso, pero, al mismo tiempo, te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel: jardines impecables, piscinas cristalinas y, lo más increíble, ¡tu habitación apenas a unos pasos del mar! Despertar cada mañana con el sonido de las olas y un horizonte turquesa es un lujo que jamás olvidaremos. La gastronomía en Bamboo —el restaurante local del resort— fue un deleite en cada turno. Desde el desayuno hasta la cena, cada plato rebosa creatividad y frescura. Además, el servicio marca la diferencia: te asignan embajadores personales disponibles 24 horas para lo que necesites. Queremos destacar especialmente la dedicación de Valentina y Carlos, quienes se aseguraron de que todo saliera perfecto. También merece un aplauso el equipo de cocina, con Cristian al mando, y todo el staff de mozos en los turnos de mañana, mediodía y noche. ¡Son un encanto! Mención especial para Yoseluis, Alcedo, Damián y Junior, quienes siempre tenían una sonrisa y un “¿en qué más les puedo ayudar?” a mano. Además de las maravillas de Tortuga Bay, el acceso a todo el Punta Cana Resort abre un abanico de playas de ensueño, restaurantes y actividades para todos los gustos. Recomendación 100%: si buscan disfrutar del Caribe de una forma única —entre el confort de primer nivel y el calor humano de su equipo—, no lo duden: ¡Tortuga Bay es el lugar! Just returned from another great trip to Tortuga bay. It gets more enjoyable with each visit. This is a first class, luxury property that will compel your return. You will feel like their most valued guest. Before we even departed, I was contacted by Winnifer and Fary to ascertain our preferences, identify any allergies and to make an reservations desired. This all served to streamline our arrival and obviate the need for us to give thought to any details of our stay after we arrive. They were very attentive to our needs and captured every desire, even to securing the best tables at our selected dining venues. The VIP airport arrival and departure process is seamless and efficient with no immigration or customs lines. Your luggage is retrieved for you, and you are personally escorted to your private transportation to the resort. The departure will have your VIP representative meet you on your arrival to the airport, guide you through ticketing and security and deposit you in the VIP lounge to await your flight. This is a great complement to a stay at this luxury property. Checking in at Tortuga Bay is an efficient process with your ambassador greeting you and accompanying you to your villa. Diana greeted us and efficiently checked us in with just the perfect amount of orientation, given our status as returning guests. The facilities are well appointed and well maintained. Our villa was beautiful and in great condition. The fitness facility is well equipped, with two treadmills, a stationary bicycle and a recumbent stationary bicycle, and a stepper. There are two weight machines; one a bench press machine, and the other a multi-exercise machine. There are dumbbells, yoga mats, and Bosu balls. Fruit and chilled water are also available in the airconditioned facility. We used the pool daily. The pool's chaises are meticulously placed (more on this later), adorned with towels, and very comfortable. Complimentary treats were served at the pool daily, including fruit popsicles and frozen grapes. Food and drink service at the pool was always attentive and spot-on. There are a number of choices for dining at Tortuga Bay and on the greater resort property. We had breakfast every day at Bamboo, and dinner there three times. the menu is deep enough to do that. Every meal was perfectly prepared and served. We also ate dinner a La Yola one night and enjoyed it. I should mention that at our dinners at La Yola and Bamboo (on Saturday), there was music provided by a trio led by the multi-talented and multi-tasking Alcedo. The music enhanced the sensory experience of our meals, making the food even more enjoyable. We also had one dinner at Brassa and enjoyed that, as well. We did not use the spa or undertake any other activities this trip. Our goal was to relax by the pool, and we certainly achieved that. Our main reason for returning to Tortuga Bay, though, has always been the staff. Their approach is not the stiff formal engagem

This resort is first class all the way. From check in to check out, the staff and experience was amazing. VIP airport was incredible and the golf carts and bikes are a super perk. We will be back and the staff will remember us. The pool and bar area are welcoming and the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

Es un maravillloso y pequeño resort, repartido en 13 villas, con un personal de servicio increíble , atentos, y muy profesionales, haciendo del sitio una espectacular experiencia. Lo recomiendo con la misma pasion que me trasmitió todo el staff, sencillamente adorable
