The Villas at Margaritaville Cap Cana - Adults Only

A group of friends and I stayed at the Margaritaville for a birthday trip & we had such a lovely time. There are plenty of delicious food options, fun bars to hang out at, relaxing quiet spots & other nice ammentities to enjoy like the shops & spa. There are multiple different room options but the beach front swim outs take the cake and really elevate your trip. I definitely recommend any upgrade you can make to truly enjoy the property. I loved that were different pool options, So many sitting areas, golf carts on property to take you around & best of all the staff. We were there on a very busy weekend and had to wait a while to get our rooms so while we were slightly frustrated, the staff did everything to make it up to us. Noemi at the front listened to us and did what she could to make sure everything was okay, her professionalism and calmness was so comforting. While we had many amazing staff members like Franklin at the buffet & Juan Carlos at the steak house, there was something extra special about our ambassador Gabriel! He is a staff member that makes the whole trip extra memorable and makes you want to visit wherever he is working. He did so many special things like a guitar serenade, helping us pick activies, having great conversations, and helping us know who to talk to for anything we needed. Birthday balloons and my friends hotel room where are such a cherry on top so thank you for whoever made that happen. It was such a nice gesture. So overall, we had a really positive experience and it was worth talking about that. I hope whoever visit this resort has just a great of a time as us! I will say that if you want to leave the resort ever, you should have a transportation plan set up seeing as Capt, is kind of a difficult area to get in and out of if you are only using taxis

This is our second time at this resort but first at the Villa’s. Loved the room, huge balcony with pool and villa pool. Manny was the funniest and most amazing bartender with his singing and wake up coffee. I can’t say enough about Amery as a butler. He took such good care of us. Fixing our reservation issue and getting me homemade soup when I didn’t feel well. He really made the trip special with all of his attention to details. We love all the live music and miss that they don’t have anyone perform anymore at LongShark

Holy cow!! What an amazing time, it was our first time to Dominican and we couldn’t be happier. It was a short trip but Edward (fast Eddie) and Juan at the pool were top notch. Their service and commitment to our group was remarkable. Cheers to our new friends! Can’t wait to bring more friends back to this great spot!

Resort itself is nice. The food was so so and service on restaurants was not good. The beach was poor and full of seaweed and coral. My favorite amenity was the fitness center. The App for the phone is terrible.

We had a great time with our large group of 16 this past week. It was very clean, nice entertainment and helpful staff! We especially loved Justin Bieber!!! He had so much energy and went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. Our house keeper was awesome and had the room so clean and nice daily. W also really liked Johan and Alex

Had a great time at this hotel! Shoutout to Wifi for going above and beyond to make our stay so entertaining.Mr. Wifi is very funny, professional, respectful and very attentive. He made sure to constantly check in on our crew and answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable when it came to suggesting where to eat, best drinks and all of the activities the hotel had to offer. We cannot wait to return and are so grateful to have met him. I have been to other resorts and haven’t had not even half of the experience that I had at this place. Thank you Wifi!!!!!!
