WOW! Luxury Punta Gorda waterfront home; HEATED POOL, golf community; WOW factor

This is our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd with this host. As expected the house was spotless. We like to cook some meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has all the comforts of home. The pool is also heated. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication from this host is excellent!

This house was perfect for all our needs! Check in was easy. Received check in information several days before…even able to check in early! House well equipped with kitchen essentials. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The owner has has thought of everything...fishing rods and tackle, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, etc. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Amazing hidden gem in paradise My family and I had a great stay at this vacation home in Punta Gorda, Florida. The house was spotless, and exactly as described—comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Troy was exceptional with communication, always quick to respond and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care he put into making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Perfect! This Punta Gorda home is amazing! It’s complete luxury on the inside and the heated pool is the best. We spent the days and evenings swimming and relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we totally appreciated. You can’t go wrong. The location is great, as we have family in the area and it was a good home base.

Can I give 10 stars!!! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not better. It came stocked with tons of thoughtful amenities: drinks, coffee, shampoo, fishing poles, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The kitchen had a huge variety of spices, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beer in the fridge!A lot of these extras seem to be left by previous guests, so definitely check out the house before buying supplies.Troy was incredibly responsive and kind, no matter the time of day. He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help.The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved seeing tarpon right off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
