"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome to the consistently excellent service throughout our visit. A special compliment goes to the Subdirector, Jusep, whose professionalism and kindness made a real difference. He was always attentive and ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The food in all the restaurants was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, we were very impressed and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!"

"We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this wonderful hotel. Really don't know where to start. We arrived around 12.30pm and were greeted by Marion who checked us in and directed us to our room, which was brilliant, as we didn't expect to be able to get into the room until 3pm. Natalia on reception in the evening was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted by the lovely Ferron and served by Adara. Our first evening meal was lovely, choice of salad, soup and hot food, plenty for all tastes and this continued throughout our stay, again at breakfast, there was plenty of choice. During the course of the week, we were also served by Joe, Charlie, Victor, Albert, Rosana, Abel. Don't think any of the staff stopped smiling the whole time we were there, and the smiles were genuine, not just for the guests. It was like one big family all working at the same place! The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff who cleaned were incredible, it is a thankless task when guests return from the beach, us included, bringing tons of sand back with them, but there was never any sand or dirt of any description on the floor and the rooms were cleaned every day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were politeness personified. The pool bar area was again spotlessly clean; the food is very reasonable priced and plenty of it! As we sat there, we were visited by two pigeons, one had an injured leg and we think the guests felt sorry for it, as it was considerably larger than the other one! The drinks again were not overly expensive as this can happen in some resorts. Outside, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and gift shops, all around the area of the beach. The beach was clean, the sea was stunning and as we went into the sea, there were millions of tiny fish swimming around our feet, some areas of the beach were quite rocky and uneven, which may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but there are areas which are very flat as well. Overall, if it was possible to give this hotel and staff 20, we would not hesitate; felt quite emotional on Tuesday when we left, it felt like we were leaving good friends behind. We will definitely be back next year."

"لقد عدنا للتو من منوركا ولقد استمتعنا بإقامتنا في هذا الفندق. الغرف8/10 فقد كانت فسيحة و كل شيء كان يعمل رغم انه كان قديم. الجدران وطرق الباب خربانة وعزل الصوت سيء. كان الطعام والشراب م9/10 , أطباق مختلفة كل ليلة, المشروبات ( صنبور الخدمة ذاتية ) تضمنت لتناول العشاء بالرغم من اننا كنا في نصف board. كان رائعا مع ذلك ولكن يمكن ان يكون هناك بعض الخطوات الإضافية بعض الشي المميز. فريق الرسوم المتحركة والموظفين كان أفضل 10/10 Mario في فقرة ال sangra صنعت يومي ولكن باقي البقية تستحق التقييم 5* . صالة الألعاب الرياضية مجهزة جيدا و بجانب المجمعات مباشرة 10/10. مسابح و نادي سيث كانت رائعة أيضا بشكل عام كان الجميع لطفاء جداً معي وبنتي التي تبلغ من العمر سنة واحدة."

"We stayed for 3 nights with our young children recently. We loved our stay! The apartments are fantastic, very clean and well equipped. Cleaning cloths, dish soap, shower gel and shampoo all provided. A comfy double bed and the sofa beds were perfect for our children. Good size balcony overlooking the pool and smaller balcony on the back of the apartment. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Huge shout out to Oscar on reception who was incredibly kind, compassionate and helpful to our family when we needed medical assistance. I also witnessed him being very kind and helpful to other families. The swimming pool is very clean with shallow and deep areas. Punta prima has a great beach and a very shallow sea. The area has a handful of restaurants near the beach. Plenty of free parking near the hotel. We would definitely consider returning 😀 Thank you for a fantastic stay."

"عند الوصول ، الفندق نظيف وجيد تقديم الطعام. منطقة الاستقبال كبيرة والجو حار وتم استقبالنا من قبل الموظفين الودودين والمفيدين. حقيقة أنه يمكن الوصول إليه جداً للكراسي المتحركة وكراسي الدفع بوضوح يجعله منتجع شعبي. وقوف السيارات في هذا الفندق مجاني ، ويعيبه على الشاطئ. عند وصولنا إلى الفندق ، تضطر الغرف إلى تعبأتها. قد تصل إلى أحد عشر دقيقة ، لكننا لم نكن بحاجة إلى هذا الشيء. كن مستعدا للمشي على الرغم من ذلك. المنتجع واسع لكن لديه الكثير ليفعله إذا أردت أن تملأ أيامك. سوف يوصي فعلا للأسر الأصغر سنا بما أن الأطفال تفسدون بالتأكيد الخيارات على الأشياء التي يجب القيام بها. الآن الطعام... يقع هذا الفندق على بعد 5 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام من محطة مترو روجير. وتبعد البلدة القديمة حوالي 15 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام. المبنى هو عرض جيد من الخارج. كانت غرفة النوم صغيرة جدا ولكن نظيفة ومرتبة. كان الإفطار هو الاختيار المعياري بالنسبة لك لل AI. وجبة الإفطار هي أكثر تنوعا، bbq من خلال البركة الجنوبية. بركة الإيطالية سمة شمال مع فتحة من قاعة الطعام الرئيسية والشاحنة الطعام من خلال الشحن المائي. تناولت وجبة العشاء في المساء على الرغم من أنهم في قاعة الطعام نزلوا على بكل صراحة وعار عليكم أن تحجزوا في مطعم محدد فقط مرة واحدة في إقامتكم. ونختار نزل الإمارات الحبيبة وتناولنا فيه ايطالياً ظريفًا. يتم تقديم المشروبات عن طريق قنينة وقت الغداء في قاعة العشاء وفي العشاء التي هي غير اعتيادية اعتقد. ذوق نبيذ جيد رغم أن ما كان تغيير. الغرف نظيفة، المنتجع بلا تردد. محطة القطار والحافلات خارج الاستقبال. خيار صغير للمتاجر والحانات عبر الخليج للاستراحة في الأيام والمساء. في جميع أنحاء قضينا عطلة جيدة ولكن لن تعود. ابني ال 14 كان لديه وقت رائع في البرك لكن الترفيه المسائي كان موجهاً نحو الشباب"

"We had a lovely time at the resort in Punta Prima, the location was perfect great atmosphere the rooms were very big and spacious, value for the money we spent the whole complex including the rooms were very clean with limited noise the service was the best we have encountered for a long while, where we stayed the amenities were just right for couples."

"Just arrived home from a lovely 6 night stay at this fab hotel. 5 Mins from a lovely sandy beach.Most people who we spoke to had been here many times before. I will definitely be back. My first time to Menorca and loved it. So relaxing and quiet.We even managed to watch the England match against Norway in the hotel bar.(commentary in French,but who cares ,we won)The hotel staff were so friendly and so happy to help. Room was cleaned every day we were there. Food was spot on plenty of choice for breakfast and our evening meal. We had lunch from the lunchtime snack bar one afternoon. Very Tasty. I emailed the hotel a week before we arrived and ordered a fridge which was in our room when we arrived.Our room was ready when we arrived which was 1pm.Overall this hotel is lovely. Would highly recommend 👌 x"
