That said, the reception experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. The staff at the front desk could benefit from a more welcoming and guest-oriented approach to create a better first impression. Additionally, we noticed a few instances where staff interactions felt a bit too focused on tips, which slightly took away from the otherwise professional service. While this may not be a major issue for everyone, a subtler approach would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see great potential in Ananya Pride.
