Pas datang mau check in ternyata kmr untuk saya belum ready sampe harus pindah 2 kali dengan alasan pengunjung sebelum telat keluar check out nya.
Untuk fasilitas kamar hanya AC dingin nya saja bagus menurut saya untuk kasur dekil ada pulauan , ember di kamar mandi pecah, saluran wastafel bocor, water heater tidak berfungsi di saat mauandi air hangat,di foto ada kulkas mini nya tapi real nya tidak ada .
Fasilitas kolam renang nya untuk air jernih tapi sangat di sayangkan kebersihan lantai dan dinding kolam renang tidak di jaga karena berlumut jadi klo berpijak harus hati2 karena licin akibat lumut yg banyak..
Tolong di perhatikan lagi untuk perawatan fasilitas hotelnya.
