"Yesterday we checked in at Pushkara Resort and Spa and found the property to be beautiful with a very scenic location and lovely views. The rooms were also well designed and comfortable. However, despite paying around ₹10,000 for one night, we unfortunately did not feel it was value for money due to several service and maintenance issues. On the first night, we ordered Dal Tadka, but the taste was very disappointing and completely lacked flavor. Today, we ordered two cups of masala tea through room service, but were informed that our hi-tea was arranged at the poolside. Unfortunately, the tea quality and taste were again very poor. In addition, the room cleanliness was not up to the mark. We noticed that the bathroom corners were quite dirty and needed proper cleaning and maintenance. The resort definitely has a great location and beautiful ambience, but the food quality, housekeeping standards, and overall guest experience need significant improvement to justify the price charged."

"We stayed here 2 nights. We had a large comfortable room, however the air conditioning was very noisy. It is a beautifully maintained Haveli, in a good location close to market street, but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. I arranged a massage with the hotel’s masseuse and it was wonderful. He was very professional and I would recommend to anyone staying at this hotel to consider having one. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food was very good."

"Property location and food was good, however, on the services and amenities front it was dismal. the property advertised itself as a resort. however, apart from pool this property had nothing meaningful. The so called, kids zone is out in open and on an area with sand dunes on its side. Definitely not a place where you'd want your kids to play. they said they had Cycles for passing time. On asking for the same, they gave one small bicycle and said other bicycles are under repair. On strongly demanding for cycle, they ended up providing one more. wondering for what purpose were they hiding the cycles. the property had no provision for games for adults, so bring your own bat, racket or football and other things and do not expect anything from the property. even the pool, I noticed from my room on the day of check-out monkeys coming in and drinking water from the pool; wondering how safe is that from health point. Overall, since the rooms and food was good. we spend good time within our rooms only. But this is not why someone chooses report over a hotel."
