When we checked in last night, a musty smell came out when we opened the door. There were black spots all over the sofa and walls. We didn't dare to go into the bathroom. We contacted the front desk to change hotels, but the staff upgraded our room for free and showed us the room upstairs. It was cleaner and we didn't want to change rooms with our children. Later, we saw that the bathroom facilities were still as shabby as before. The most useless thing was the wash basin. The faucet was set very unreasonably and we would touch the wash basin when washing our hands. We were prepared to make do for one night, but when we woke up the next morning and looked out the window, there was a garbage dump downstairs 😑, so there were a lot of mosquitoes and the children's eyes and legs were swollen from mosquito bites.
However, the staff's attitude was really good, which was a plus!
