Sliding glass doors open up to a spacious sundeck with a grill and outside dining. The upstairs includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. This house sits on 2-acres of land. A very spacious yard and a wooded area next to the house - great for exploring with kids! A 22ft South Bay Tritoon Boat is available at the dock. We rent it out at special request. It comfortably fits 11 people onboard. With 140hp - it's great for watersports and tubing!
