We usually go there in winter. Since the first visit in this hotel, roughly 15 years ago, it's not much changed. Even familiar faces of waiters or servants can still be found, and there is something personal and special about it.
When you don't want new discoveries or surprises, but want to relax in a good old place according to your own program.

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!

The hotel grounds are clean, green and well-groomed. Nice beach, sand. Clean pool. It’s cozy and comfortable to relax under the ficus trees, on a high-quality lawn.

Beautiful hotel- extremely friendly staff- We stayed for a long weekend and since the weather wasn’t so great- we enjoyed the hotel even more - we dined in all the restaurants- and the breakfast was very good too- The staff was impeccable- we had a room with sea view and it was lovely

We only arrived late last night but I felt the need to write a review. I think the hotel has only just reopened after the winter so it’s quiet but what a welcome we received. On arrival you are greeted with a lovely cold refreshing drink which was much needed after a long journey. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade as we are here for my partners 60th. At breakfast there was a huge choice and this morning I had my nails painted by Fani in the spa who did a fabulous job! After lounging by the pool in the afternoon we have come back to the room to find a birthday cake for my partner. We’ve only been here less than 24 hours but already we feel relaxed and looking forward to the rest of the week.

St Raphael resort it's an amazing place to relax,a very calm atmosphere, staff friendly, polite and professional, very clean and comfortable, the beach and gardens are beautiful, spacious room,great service, best location, good food, entertainment, kids activities, we really enjoyed every moment and we highly recommend it. Overall great, perfect, amazing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called ‘grand’ hotel delivers shockingly bad service. The staff are rude, dismissive, and aggressively unhelpful—they shout at guests, refuse basic requests like water, and respond with eye-rolls and snide remarks. Customer service is nonexistent, and the lobby manager—a grumpy old man—seems incapable of smiling. Staying here feels more like punishment than hospitality. Instead of providing comfort, staff make guests feel unwelcome and disregarded. I even witnessed a bartender take away soft drinks from a guest after she confronted him about his disrespectful behavior. Clearly, professionalism and guest care mean nothing to this establishment. We’re stuck here due to flight cancellations, and this experience has been absolute hell. Avoid this place at all costs. The whole hotel is a ghost town, no wonder no one wants to come here. Ps- pic of drinks they eventually served us ,after a big discussion with our TUI rep , they were supposed to serve drinks which they refused all day , eventually they did but in these paper cups instead of glasses, like they serve their other guests. Open discrimination and they think it's ok to treat guests like this.
