I would give the hotel an eight plus stars! Everyone working at Pickalbatros Villaggio was friendly, hard-working, proactive, happy and attentive. The management listens to their guests and takes extra miles to help them. Special thanks to the hotel manager and guest relationship Lillia. Also a thumbs-up for all the young animation team- they put up incredible kids disco and shows everyday. My personal favourite was the fire show- breathtaking. The restaurants offer good selection of food. We were happy with it. Shellfish (a-la carta) was great. The team there gave my son a birthday cake and singing for his birthday. We stayed in a nice and spacious room, looking directly out at the sea (picture attached). The cleaning boy was polite and very attentive. He even wishes my son happy birthday in the morning. We were also amazed by the amount of swimming pools around. You would never have problem finding a spot (or even a quiet spot) next to the pool. With all the life guards and security in place, we felt very safe and well taken care of. The only improvement, which I suggested to the hotel manager, was to have more options at the diving centre. We had to use Brayka Divers, which we knew before coming here this time and trusted. Brayka guys provided free pickup and drop off, which worked perfectly for us. The hotel manager has said he would feedback to Dive Red Sea and make improvements.

Great resort, very nice rooms with a good view…. Nice people, a lot of swimmingpools, good food, a lot things to do and good animation, we were there for ten days and we had een great time, every day good food and a lot of choice, I think, we come back next year.

Прежде всего хочется отметить дружелюбный и внимательный персонал-с самого заселения чувствовали себя желанными гостями.Номер был чистый, уютный с прекрасной террасой. Питание в ресторане разнообразное и вкусное.Территория ухоженная,много зелени,удобные зоны для отдыха.Пляж чистый,с лежаками и зонтами.Анимация просто потрясающая.Видно ,что команда вкладывает душу,чтобы создать атмосферу праздника. Создавала отличное настроение и положительные эмоции. Всё это сделало отдых по-настоящему приятным.

Mieliśmy wspaniałe doświadczenie z najlepszym zespołem animatorów! Hotel oferuje doskonałe programy rozrywkowe każdego wieczoru, w tym muzykę na żywo i pokazy taneczne, które dodały tyle energii do naszego pobytu. Personel animatora był niezwykle przyjazny i entuzjastyczny, dzięki czemu każda aktywność była zabawna i angażująca. Organizowali również ekscytujące gry i imprezy przy basenie w ciągu dnia, co sprawiło, że nasze wakacje były naprawdę niezapomniane.

Struttura molto grande ma ben distribuita, servizi ottimi. Camere spaziose, letti molto comodi ma soprattutto area condizionata non centralizzata. Vasta varietà di cibo anche molto buono, sicuramente non rimarrete mai con la fame! Staff locale molto gentile e disponibile ma un plauso ai ragazzi dell’animazione valtur che non ci hanno mai lasciati soli! Simpatici disponibili ma mai invadenti. Un grazie a nicole e lisa che hanno intrattenuto in modo fantastico mia figlia, joshua, Alessandro e manuel per tutti i tornei di padel, ping pong, Beach volley, ecc… E ultima ma non per importanza la nostra Martina che ci ha tenuto compagnia con le sue lezioni dì fitness dalla mattina alla sera, Grazie per aver riempito le nostre giornate!

Wir waren im April das erste Mal in Marsa Alam. Die Wahl unseres Hotel hat vor Ort unsere Erwartungen und Empfehlungen noch übertroffen. Eine sehr große moderne Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich, fleißig und zuvorkommend. Sehr aufgefallen ist uns die nette Gästebetreuung und Animation. Egal was man auf dem Herzen hatte es würde sich sofort gekümmert und uns alles ermöglicht. Beides deutschsprachig. Das Essen war reichhaltig und lecker. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und top gepflegt. Das Personal rum ums Hotel gibt sich große Mühe. Der Service am Pool und Strand ist fantastisch. Die Unterhaltung tagsüber und Abends ist sehr gut. Mit anderen Hotels dieser Art meiner Erfahrung nicht zu vergleichen. Im großen und ganzen ein Urlaub der von unserer Seite auf jeden Fall wiederholt wird. Top zu Empfehlen. Eine 10 von 10
