One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

The hotel is very nice and impressively large, as it actually combines three hotels into one complex. One of the best features is the ability to walk out to Port Ghalib, which gives you a real sense of freedom – unlike many other hotels in Egypt, where you feel confined to the resort. The rooms are pleasant, everything is clean, and the food is good. All the staff members, from the restaurant to housekeeping, were extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception and management was disappointing. We reported issues through our travel company’s hotel survey, including non-working TV channels and an overly strong air conditioner that made my wife feel unwell. The following day, the reception contacted us and sent a housekeeper who tried to help, but couldn’t resolve the problem. We then waited two hours for an IT technician who never arrived. Since we only had two days left of our stay, we decided not to waste more time. At checkout, instead of understanding the situation, the reception staff and manager tried to shift the blame onto us, denying the connection to the survey and claiming it was our fault the issue wasn’t resolved. While the majority of the hotel staff were wonderful, the unprofessional attitude of the front desk and management left us disappointed. We’ve stayed in Egypt before and enjoyed it, but unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this particular hotel.

Amazing stay thanks to different relaxing areas on the pool, lagoon and beach on the Red Sea. Various restaurants option offering always excellent cuisine. Impeccable cleaning service of our room 6217 thanks to Hossam Hamdy. Planet spa with various professional services very well explained and suggested from Sam. All people from to beach, to bar and restaurant here are amazing: always smiling, very nice, kind and professional from early morning till night! Highly suggested!

The stay at Albatros Palace was absolutely fantastic! The hotel offers everything you need for a perfect vacation - beautiful surroundings, well-kept pools, delicious food and above all a great atmosphere. The service is at the highest level - everyone is very nice, polite and always ready to help. I would like to especially mention Mr. Karam, who cleaned our room every day. A very nice, smiling man, who with his precision and positive attitude made us feel special. Such people create the atmosphere of this place! I recommend Albatros Palace with full conviction and I will gladly go back there!

Great Staff, Amer who looked after my room was fantastic Ezz F looked after me at the beach, kept my spot for me every morning always a big smile The 3/4 guys working at the beach bar always great Room was very comfortable & as stated, ocean view Food was average to good, I normally had anything that was grilled Understand it's hard to please so many different nationalities
