Wunderbares Hotel. Gutes Hotel für den Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Es sieht auf den Fotos wirklich so aus. Es ist unser erstes Mal in diesem Hotel, aber nicht in Ägypten. Der Service ist gut, und das Personal ist freundlich – sie geben ihr Bestes bei der Arbeit, denn wie wir sehen, mögen sie das Hotel wirklich. Jeder arbeitet gerne hier und steckt seine ganze Energie in die Arbeit. Das Housekeeping macht eine sehr schöne Dekoration mit den Handtüchern. Das Essen ist lecker, aber nicht das Beste. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Abendunterhaltungsprogramm – jeden Abend gibt es einen Live-Sänger. Und da gibt es ein blondes Mädchen, das niemanden im Hotel respektiert. Sie ist immer faul, und als wir nach ihr fragten, hieß es, sie sei die Frau des Managers. Sie sitzt immer herum und ist ständig beim DJ. Aber das ist kein großes Problem, da das Team groß ist. Das Problem ist nur, dass sie sich niemandem gegenüber respektvoll verhält. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich, ebenso der Sicherheitschef. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Uns hat das Hotel gefallen.

I highly recommend the stay in this hotel for many reasons. 1. Location is near Hurghada airport. 2. Room in which we stayed was nice and clean with a perfect location of everything. 3. Atmosphere in this hotel is trully friendly across. 4.The staff can work with autistic children. Either if I think of waiters, cleaners, gardeners, cooks, animators or even managers. 5. If you dont know where to go in Egypt, this stay will definatelly make it.

Stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a decent experience. The guest relations team, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful—really made a difference in the stay. The food was okay. For the first few days it felt a bit repetitive with mostly chicken and fish, but it improved later in the week with more variety and fresh salads. One thing to note is that sunbeds get reserved very early in the morning, but the pool staff were helpful in finding a spot if you needed one, which was appreciated. Tried out a couple of activities like Zumba and yoga through the animation team—both were fun and a nice addition to the stay. In general, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful across the board. While the hotel is rated 5 stars, some areas, especially the bathrooms, could use a bit of a refresh to truly match that rating. Overall, a solid experience with some room for improvement.
