So I did not contact Ctrip to change the sheets because I could not find another place to stay. As a result, Ctrip informed us that their housekeeping department would not change the sheets until after closing. But we could not sleep like that and we were afraid of contracting infectious diseases, so we ran to the faraway main building to ask their front desk for a set of sheets. We were going to change them ourselves, but they said they had sheets and asked someone to come and change them for us. We showed the hairs and unidentified objects on the sheets to the service staff on the spot. The hotel staff also found it disgusting. After we finished cleaning up, it was already around 2 o'clock. Since the room we were given was not the same as the one I booked before, I wanted to change back to the original room type, but they told me that the room type was full and they upgraded me to a new room, but it was not an upgrade because the house was under renovation and looked like a new house but there was no elevator. We lived on the 4th floor and it was very troublesome to go upstairs and it was very far from the main building swimming pool. It was very inconvenient to go swimming in the sea. The room I booked before was right next to the swimming pool and I could go swimming in the pool by pushing the door. This was completely different, but the hotel manager told Ctrip that it was an upgraded room type. I really doubted that he was fooling people. But there was really no other place to stay. All the surrounding hotels were full. The smell of the new decoration here was super strong. You felt that your eyes were stinging as soon as you walked in from the outside. In order not to continue to be a human formaldehyde absorber, we left on the second day without a full stay. Speaking of food, the main restaurant of this hotel has food, but it is not hygienic. Our children got gastroenteritis after eating the fruit here. There are flies everywhere. There are several special restaurants here, but they all need to be booked in advance. When we checked in, no one even said a word to us. We even found the list of various facilities of this hotel by ourselves, so it can be said that there is no service at all. Finally, I didn’t see a Chinese or even Asian in this hotel for two days. This may be the reason why the hotel manager didn’t pay much attention to our feedback, because there are no Asians living here.
